Will Mugabe attend next week's UN General Assembly; he is the last world clowns - what a speech, what nonsnse!

The greatest show on earth starts next week in New York where Head of State and Government meet and address UN General Assembly. With Iran's hot head gone and Venezuela's hot head dead and buried; still the show will go on and Mugabe will have give his greatest performance yet.

Drum roll! Curtains! Send in the star clown of all time; Comrade Robert Gabriel Mugabe the illegitimate President of the now banana Republic of Zimbabwe! Just listen to the applause, the whole world has been waiting to hear Mugabe speak!

I have been accused of "defending the Americans and the British". Defending them from what; the verbal abuse of a demented tyrant, because that is all Mugabe can and has done!

The West has not only accepted the principle of freedom of expression but, more significantly, they have also accepted they reality that there will be those, like Mugabe, who would abuse that freedom. The trick is to let these empty drums ramble on. (By the way Mugabe has denied freedom of expression to his own people. No doubt he would love to do that to the West, if he could!)

These are times when Mugabe had a captive audience but after 33 years the whole world have come round; they can see him for the ruthless tyrant he is. How many people out there would like to live in a country in which up to 60% of them are forced into a life of abject poverty because of mismanagement and corruption? None!

How many people out there would like to live in a country in which the entire population is subjected to political intimidation, beatings, rape and over 500 murdered in wanton election violence of 2008 alone? Over 30 000 murdered in Mugabe's 33 years in power. In the just ended elections, they all saw the blatant vote rigging. Again, none!

Even the most repressive tyrants out there; including the Russians who too have rigged elections but not so blatantly and the Chinese who have yet to hold elections much less free elections; would not want to be seen cozying up to Mugabe for fear of being labeled birds of a feather!

Let’s face it after the blatant vote rigging Mugabe is illegitimate and in layman's language, he stinks like a sewer rat!

Mugabe would love to go to New York next week and deliver another anti-West tirade! It has been the highlight of his calendar year for the last two decades. This year, if he goes, then he will have to take with him a paid audience as he did at his rallies and then on voting day because not only are the West delegates but many, many others will!

Send in the clown! Well Mugabe is one big clown's whose act in rhetorical nonsense is not just nonsensical but is really annoying. It is high time he got off the stage and, this time, he will!
Mugabe is finished! Kwava kusakara kwedovo serisakambo dyiwa nyama!

Mugabe cronies have fought hard defending the tyrant and it must be hard for them to see the regime collapse. Now the prospect of the lot losing all their looted treasures and having to face justice for all the innocent blood they have shed is more real than ever. The wheels of justice turn slowly but they turn!

Has Mugabe and his usual army of entourage booked their five star Hotels accommodation? I am looking forward to seeing the rapturous standing ovation Mugabe will receive after his UN General Assembly speech! What a speech! What a speech! And delivered with such panache and gusto!

Give a fool a long rope and he will hang himself with it. Mugabe is turning out to be one such fool; whose brush arrogance is proving to be his own undoing. He thought he was such cunning fox he could do anything and get away with it scot-free. The blatant vote rigging was dumb and now the whole world knows he does not have the mandate to be president and have told him so.

Mugabe got into the same illegitimate hole after the sham 2008 election. SADC helped him out by forming the GNU. For the next five years Mugabe has thanked the region’s leaders by making them look like idiots at every turn. They have learnt their lesson and they are not going to get Mugabe off the hook this time!

"Mugabe is not going to relinquish political power even if the illegal economic sanctions on Zimbabwe become drastic!" Well if the truth is told and it will be told; Mugabe had no intention of relinquishing power regardless what the people of Zimbabwe wanted. And that is exactly why he rigged the elections.

The targeted sanctions were imposed on Mugabe back in 2002 because he had failed to hold free and fair elections, The sanctions are being maintained now because he has blatantly rigged the elections. Mugabe did not want to relinquish power so he rigged the elections and the sanctions were imposed as a consequence of him rigging the elections. Your suggestion that Mugabe would have not rigged the elections if there were no sanctions is nonsense; you are confusing cause and effect.

There is no tyrant in the world who has even willingly relinquished power, it is in the DNA of a tyrant! Tyrants have to be forced to give up power; there are many ways of doing that.

I have heard it said once the those God has picked to destroy and make an example of, He makes them drunk with power and arrogance. Mugabe is punch drunk and ripe for destruction to save as a warning for generations to come.

For generations to come leaders will be told; "You can relinquish power quietly with some dignity or face the humiliation Mugabe faced before he too was forced to relinquish it."

The moral of this tragic story is that leaders only hold and exercise power in trust. It is the people who have the power and a leader who usurps the people's power is no more than a common thief who steals the crown - he will not be king even if he is wearing it!

@ Chimbwido

Chimbwido you may have read the UN Charter and International law at University level and even passed with flying colours, it seems Zimbabweans are very good at that considering the number of Professors, Doctorate and University Degreed people we have. Mugabe has seven University degrees not counting the ones in violence! But judging from what you have been saying on this site, you clearly lack the common sense to apply what you learned and make it relevant.

Look at Welshman Ncube, he is supposed to be a Constitutional Law Professor for Pete's sake, and yet look at the rubbish Copac constitution he has was praising on this site!

Some of the stupid economic policies pursued by Mugabe beggars belief and yet the tyrant has seven University degrees including one in Economics, I believe.

The UN stands for United NATIONS and each nation is composed of citizens who then elect a head of state to represent them at the UN and other forms. Since Mugabe rigged the elections he cannot therefore represent the nation of Zimbabwe because there was no provision for someone who is not elected. Again, common sense really.

The UN is not going to bar Mugabe attending next week because they will then have to prove he rigged the elections. Why bother. There are other ways of killing a sewer rat than trying to choke it with the world's best cheese. The world has decided to just ignore Mugabe and let him stew in his own mess!

@ Chimbwido

If you have "read and passed constitutional law" as you say then I would expect you to know the legal language that makes Mugabe responsible for all the failures of his governments including all the corruption, looting and brutal repression and murders that have taken place in Zimbabwe since 1980.

Mugabe must have seen all the voters being bussed in on election day, read the reports of how one million people were denied the right to vote and how the result ended up producing an impossible voter turnout of 100% plus in 27 constituencies. Chipinge East had 141%! He must also know that the Police have not lifted a finger to investigate all these very serious and outrageous vote rigging stories.

Surely Mugabe must know these are the results on which his election victory is based and his claim to the office of president is based. He cannot hide behind the people he has appointed to do these things for him and claim ignorance.

For someone with University qualifications you have behaved like Welshman Ncube, Arthur Mutambara, Jonathan Moyo is that you have not only displayed the usual lack of common sense but like them you have let your greed for power and hatred poison your mind you cannot even think, let alone think straight.

Anyone black Zimbabwe who defends a corrupt and ruthless tyrant like Mugabe much less help the murderer in his evil schemes in scam! You are scam and I have promised the nation to see to it that the nation is cleaned of such scam! You will have your day in court and then have the hangman's rope!

@ Chimbwido

You are right "there is nothing new" I have said because there is nothing new that has happened. Mugabe has rigged elections ever since he got into power. The West only imposed sanctions after the 2002 elections to punish him for something he had been doing all along.

There only new thing this time is that it looks like Mugabe is not going to get away with it!

The tyrant has denied the people of Zimbabwe freedom of expression and private radio stations like S W Radio Africa have been a real thorn in the regime's side because it cannot silence the independent points of view being expressed here.

In this case, stations like S W Radio Africa have helped sell the idea that Mugabe must not be allowed to get away with yet another rigged elections and that have got the tyrant and all you his sycophants hopping mad! Well tough luck; you can witter all you like about "pirate radio stations" that is not going to change the reality on the ground.

Mugabe is illegitimate and he is going and with his departure will come justice and freedom for all!

@ Vanhuvakuru

Your own ability to contradict yourself in one sentence is what I find amusing here. How can we have be having "a time of national building and unity of purpose", for example, when you are saying we should allow those who rig elections get away with it? What nation building have we had these last 33 years with all this corruption and looting and brutal oppression? The only "unity of purpose" you want is for all these things to continue.

Now doubt you may be are one of the lucky few who got something, it is more likely that one are one of the many who have lived in the hope of finally getting something falling off the chefs’ table. You are dreaming of owning a mine or is it a bank! Whatever, you clearly are clearly one of those brainless idiots, brainwashed to the point you cannot even see the country is stuck in this hell-hole.

Implementing all the democratic reforms and then holding free, fair and credible elections is the only way out of this hell-hole. You do not see. I see it. You are an idiot who has to be saved from himself and I am here to save the nation from a murderous tyrant and idiots like you.

I know some of you idiots shed innocent blood doing Mugabe’s dirty work and that is why you are dead against democratic change. Well you will have you day in court and if you did shed innocent blood then you will be punished. Resisting change and threating to she even more innocent blood only goes to show you are an unrepentant thug. It is the unrepentant thugs that are really obnoxious that have hardened the nation resolve that the death penalty must only be abolished after the nation has hanged a few of murderous thugs!

You clearly have no listened to reason all those years but seeing a few of your fellow thugs in jail or hanged will force you to pay attention.

If you think the whole nation is condemned to live in fear of thugs like you; then think again.

Vanhuvakuru is not your really name, is it? Tell me you real name? Now who is the coward?

If you have shed innocent blood; I will find you. I only have to catch one of your fellow thugs and we both know they will spill the beans. It is in the DNA of sewer rats to tell on others even when that will not save their own arse - they just love to see their fellow rats hanged!

I will know who you are some other ways too!

Mugabe’s reign of terror is finished and yours too!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Dhongi

The sanctions was a way of saying to Mugabe "You rigged the elections!" in a more forceful way. Before independence most people who are now dead against the sanctions said they helped pressure the oppressive white colonial government but now the same people are saying the exact opposite. What has changed?

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Kojo

Whatever ill effects sanctions have had on the masses, and there is no doubt Mugabe and his cronies have gone out of their way to ensure the ordinary people suffered and then blame it all on sanctions, one thing is clear the masses have suffered even more because of the mismanagement, corruption, looting and political repression. Zimbabwe’s economy was already in trouble hence the need ESAP of the 1990s.

The imposition of the sanctions has helped to highlight the country's need for democratic reform without which the problem of misrule cannot be addressed.

Of course, Mugabe has used the sanctions an smoke screen to hide all his failures and abuses but one would expect people, especially those who have had the benefit of a good education to see through all this roué and not to be completely bowled over which is what has happened.

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ MCMLXXV

I agree with you there Mugabe and Zanu PF intend to use the nation's resources to consolidate their hold on power. The country had its best chance to achieve democratic reform these last five years, MDC wasted these chances. Forcing Mugabe to accept that he rigged these elections, he did blatantly rig the elections, will stop the tyrant in his tracks. If Zimbabweans wait another five years, Zanu PF will have dug in and removing them will be a lot more difficult!

If we are serious about free, fair and credible elections then what better way to show it than by refusing to accept that someone can rig elections and get away with it. And why wait another five years from now for another rigged election; show it now!

Zimbabweans have been denied their rights and freedoms by the Ian Smith government and now by this Mugabe dictatorship because both Smith and Mugabe knew they could easily get away with it. If we had to enjoy the same freedoms and rights others the world have enjoyed for generations and even take for granted them the people have to show that these freedoms and rights are important and worth fighting for in a more focused and thoughtful way! Not the confused way the people have shown in the past; it is no wonder that we ended up with a tyrant, Mugabe, or an idiot, Tsvangirai, both made our situation worse!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ MCMMLXXXV

I would not have cared one bit either if I have been in their shoes confident that it is business as usual. It is our business to make sure that after blatantly rigging an election, it is not business as usual. Whilst these Zanu PF thugs do not care about the suffering masses; the masses certainly care about their own suffering. It is not right that a whole nation should be condemned to a life of hopelessness and despair so that a few can drive SUV.

International isolation will have its biggest impact of Mugabe and those at the top; let them feel the heat and they will conduct it to those below them.

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Kojo

So it is Grace on her shopping trips who buys the country's life-saving drugs! She still goes on her shopping trips to SA, Hong Kong and many other places but since these life-saving drugs are made in USA she has to buy them in New York. Only a few rural folks who do not know any better would believe such that BS.

Mugabe must have spent at least $3 billion in the just ended elections; $10 million to Nikuv to temper with the voters roll, $10 million buying each Zanu PF candidate a new car so they do not desert him as happened in 2008, a billion dollars bussing the paid audience from one rally to the other, another billion bussing the specially trained youths who voted from one polling station to the other, etc. Mugabe has just issued new vehicles to his new cabinet; the most expensive cars on the market.

The Ministry of Education with 300 000 Schools was allocated $6 million in 2012 and yet here we are Mugabe has blown $3 billion to rig elections. This is what corruption does and mean in the real world. Those people wittering endless of hardships born by the sanctions clearly do not have the foggiest idea what they are talking about. Mugabe’s propaganda has come up with nonsensical stories about the sanctions causing the economic melt-down and these people without stopping to think have starting running with these stories. What a gullible lot!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Chimbwido

There is not one single Zimbabwean out there who does not know that Mugabe rigged the elections; that is just how blatant the vote rigging was. Even those people who had wanted to believe Mugabe's propaganda about the sanction destroying the economy, etc. have been taken aback by the blatant rigging. The point was then rammed home by Mugabe's straight faced denial of what had happened. The penny finally dropped for these people; they know if Mugabe could deny something the whole world saw with their own eyes, what else has the tyrant been lying about?

The tyrant kept saying Zimbabwe had no money top run the elections and yet Mugabe must have spent at least $3 billions to rig these elections. Again what else has he been lying about?

He has been lying about sanction hurting Zimbabweans. He wants them lifted because they remind the people that he rigged the elections and lied about it. Well the sanction must stay because the remind us all that Mugabe rigged the elections and that until we can stop the rigging we will never ever stop the corruption and looting, the real causes of the economic meltdown!

@ Chimbwido

Well the Police before independence did not just have the whip, they also had the boot, the open palm with which to slap, prison conditions under which blacks where terrible and to crown it all the Police were above the law. Mugabe has kept all these cruel practices but even made them a lot worse.

Whilst Smith made sure prisoners were fed and even allowed to study - Mugabe got one or two of his seven University degrees whilst he was in prison (not that he learnt anything of course). Studying is a luxury no prisoner in Zimbabwe has ever enjoyed since independence and the image of wasted prisoners looking like Nazi Concentration Camp detainees has moved the Red Cross to provide food and other necessities for prisoners.

No doubt Mugabe and people like you were very disappointed that the Red Cross has stopped you starving the prisoners anything to inflict as much suffering and death as you can.

Whilst I admitted that these WOZA members were naïve to approve a constitution that did not guarantee them their right for hold peaceful demonstration. I condemn the regime that denies the people this right under the pretext that it is not in the constitution which the regime tricked the people into accepting.

Your call for the Police to have the whip of the pre-independence days so they can whip innocent people as if they are animals is disappointing but not surprising. There is a sadistic streak in people like you and Mugabe. It was people like you who sold their fellow blacks as slaves to the white man for a piece of calico cloth and a handful of beads. Now that the slave trade has been abolished, you have to dispose of your would-be slaves in your own sadistic ways!

You say you read "constitutional law" at University level and Mugabe has his seven University degrees. And yet with all that education one who have thought your eyes would be opened to the simple truth and universal law "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

It is clear, you can take a MF, like Mugabe, out of the bush and give him the best education possible but you cannot that sadistic bush-mentality out of the MF. Clearly the good education was wasted on MFs like you. There is another way string the MFs; so far that has produced the desire result and has never ever failed.

Unlike the WOZA members you want to be whipped for no reason other than to gratify your sadistic pleasure to see others suffer; you will have your day in Court and then it is the sudden drop followed by an equally sudden full STOP!

@ Kojo

I did not say Mugabe spent $10 million buying one car but buying one car for each of his Zanu PF candidates who contested in the July elections.

The IMF and WB stopped doing business with Zimbabwe at the end of the second and last five-year ESAP because the Mugabe regime would not implement the agreed reforms just as the MF would not implement the agreed GPA reforms. They just did not want to throw away more good money into a black-hole! Your bank, any Bank would do the same thing.

As for ZEDRA stopping US companies doing business in Zimbabwe; there are other countries Zimbabwe is still free to do business with. Mugabe has been boasting about his “look east” strategy. What happened? I will tell you what happened; nothing.

The India wanted to invest in Redcliff, for example, and they have since given up because it is impossible to do any business in a country where there is so much mismanagement, corruption and confusion.

You are obsessed by trivial issues and are failing to see the real important issues. The lifting of the sanctions will not solve Zimbabwe’s economic and political problems because the imposition of sanctions did not cause mismanagement, corruption, looting and brutal political oppression. The sanctions are more like the ticks on the hyena; our problem these hyenas killing our animals and terrorize us all. Get rid of the hyenas and the problems of the ticks, the dandruff and the bad smell will disappear!

Your advocating for the sanctions to be lifted is tantamount to buying shampoo for these hyenas! This is nothing but the usual policy of appeasement. I will be damned if I should ever concede to shampooing a stinking hyena. The every idea is repulsive to me much less doing it physically. No, you do it; you are desperately looking for an excuse to do it; besides this suits your temperament and character to a T!

So you think I am wrong to say Mugabe rigged the elections.

Well let's see! Are you saying I am wrong; Mugabe did not rig the elections. Well you must be blind because the whole world saw that he did.

Or are you saying; Mugabe rigged the elections, yes, but I am wrong to say it. Zvamadzishe hazvirebwi. And we should sweep it all under the carpet and pretend it never happened; Mugabe won a free, fair and credible elections. I subscribe to the notion that every Zimbabwean can be president and therefore per se every Zimbabwean is a Chief, ndiShe pachake. Everyone knows that stealing from the ordinary mortals is bad enough but stealing from the Chief is unforgivable because the thief not only insults the Chief but all those behind him/her.

By rigging the elections Mugabe was stealing from all the people of Zimbabwe all 14 million of them; stealing the nation’s hope to end the nightmare of hopelessness and despair that has grip the nation these last 33 years! That is too big and too serious a crime to be swept under the carpet!

Mugabe rigged the elections; he is NOT going to get away with it. Not this time! You do not like it, well you just have to grind your teeth because the reality is that Mugabe is NOT going to get away with it!

Mugabe is in New York for the UN General Assembly meeting, the 68th session, held under the theme “Millennium Development Goals and Other Internationally Agreed Development Goals for Persons With Disabilities”. Well that is a grand theme indeed. It is great that the rest of the world is going full steam ahead and address the problems to make the world an even better place for all.

Some of us are still struggling to understand what free, fair and credible elections mean, what the right to life mean; the every essential blocks of building a free, just and prosperous nation.

“Whilst other nations have successful landed a man on the moon,” said former Tanzania President Julius Nyerere, “here is Africa, we still struggling to cross the street!” That was back in 1969! In Zimbabwe most of the streets we inherited from the whites after independence 33 years ago have disappeared; there are more potholes than tar-mark and open sewage pools.

It is sad that the UN with all its noble aspirations has now decided to welcome vote rigging tyrants like Mugabe, who have done nothing but drag a whole nation back into the dark ages in violation every tenet of the UN Charter, as a statesman and member of the UN family. The whole world should remember that Mugabe is illegitimate because he was not elected by the people of Zimbabwe. The whole world saw how he blatantly rigged the July election.

It may not matter to some that Mugabe stole the elections; it matters a great deal to the people of Zimbabwe because they too want to enjoy the benefits of Millennium Development Goals, etc. but know they will never do so whilst they continue to be denied the right to a meaningful vote and the right to life!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Mudhara

Mugabe loves power and what better place to show off what a great statesman he is than at the UN General Assembly! It is for opportunities such as these that he rigged the elections and made sure he remained in power.

The whole world is sick and tired of his theatricals and long winded speeches but tyrants like him do not know when to quit. No doubt he has taken the precaution of taking a large entourage, just as he bussed the paid audiences to his rallies, because he would be addressing an empty hall on Thursday. He is free to speak but the world is free to walk out and they will walk out!

@ Bluntboy

The statement is "Mugabe can still attend" is spot on. Everyone knows Mugabe rigged the elections are is therefore not a legitimate head of state. The meeting is for legitimate heads of state and government. Mugabe can still attend because the word "legitimate" was left out of the standing UN invitation; it was assumed and so our vote-rigging fiend is allowed in on a technicality.

Mugabe rigged the elections and therefore he will never ever be anything but a usurper and therefore illegitimate head of state! Not even the looted wealth from Marange can change the fact that he cheated and buy him legitimacy.

He murdered over 500 people in the wanton violence of 2008 to stay in power. In 2013, he used the looted wealth from Marange to rig the elections; that is the truth and his legacy!

90% of the people in Zimbabwe are unemployed and many of them have been out of work for over ten years already. We both know Mugabe and Zanu PF have not been taking care of them and, naturally, they did not vote for Mugabe and Zanu PF either. They also know that Mugabe and Zanu PF are NOT going to be taking care of them going forward and, once again naturally, they do not want this illegitimate regime in power!

We all know the 61% who voted for Mugabe are pure fiction and I have no time or inclination for talking about none existent people much less their welfare!

The Americans do not need any prompting from me or S W Radio Africa to retain the sanctions. The US Ambassadors has just said the sanctions will stay. Tell Mugabe to call the Americans "imperialists" or whatever; I do not care.

I am just pleased that Mugabe is NOT going to get away with vote rigging this time! Did I say pleased; sorry, I meant over the moon"

The Zanu PF dictatorship is finished!

What are you wittering about now? What has MDC to do with a usurper who rigged the elections, the whole world knows he rigged the elections, now fouling the integrity and dignity of the UN by his presence there!

The only person who can stand before the world as the head of state of Zimbabwe must have the mandate of the people of Zimbabwe. Creating a fictional electorate is cheating and does not count!

You are thick but do not worry this message will be hammer home into Mugabe and your thick heads until you get it.

You have heard of the sword of Damocles; by rigging the elections Mugabe has chosen to have the sword having over his own head. How long that spider's thread will hold is up to the Gods! My job is to remind him at every turn of the consequences should it drop; and it is my fervent hope that it does drop and does not miss!

By rigging the elections Mugabe cheated MDC but worse still he cheated the people of Zimbabwe. It is the people of Zimbabwe to whom he is to account never mind those MDC idiots! He can kick Tsvangirai out of the house or give him a golden handshake; it matters not to me.

What matters here is that Mugabe and all you Zanu PF thugs are told a lesson - vote rigging is a red line not to be crossed. Mugabe crossed it, now he will learn the lesson!

After this, no one is going to rig elections without stopping to consider!

So this is all Mugabe's paid sycophants have to say about his vote rigging. To be fair, there is very little else you can say; after all everyone knows Mugabe rigged the elections.

Still Mugabe should stop paying you lot for doing nothing.

He is seating right now in a Hotel in New York hoping you lot are rallying world support for him. Instead he is being made to look the pathetic illegitimate leader he is.

This is supposed to be his triumphant return after five years of the GNU everyone know he detested but had no choice but accept. Now is cutting an even more pathetic figure. What a nightmare!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Chimbwido

Mugabe has been resorting to more and more desperate measures to stay in power as it own popularity has plummeted. In 2008 the party resorted to wanton violence in which hundreds of thousands were beaten and/or raped with over 500 murdered. And this year the tyrant must have squandered $2 to 3 billion to rig the vote.

The vote rigging was so blatant that even those who would have wanted to accept the result have since been forced to say no. Mugabe has over cooked this one. Everyone knows Mugabe is illegitimate and there is nothing, absolutely nothing, the tyrant can do to change his legitimacy.

If it was not for the blundering idiot Tsvangirai, trust me, Mugabe and Zanu PF would be history by now. Still Mugabe has landed himself into another very tricky situation now; let us see how he is going to get out of it.

My view is that Mugabe has a noose round his neck already, one slip up and he will be daggling. Once Mugabe is gone the whole Zanu PF dictatorship will collapse as each thug scramble for a hiding place.

You, Chimbwido, will stop posting all this nonsense; you will be so scarred you will not even turn on the computer for fear someone may trace your where about using the computer.

I have told you before; we only need to catch one rat and he will sing; it is in the DNA of rats to do that! You are too well known in Zanu PF circles. That is the thing about your rat friends, you got a ten acre plot for all your “kicking people in the teeth till they bled profusely” but when it comes to being hang they promote you to Command-In-Chief!

In situations like this many of the really big rats are caught plus a few of the middle rank but it is always the idiots did the actual beating, raping and carry out the cold blooded murders will hang, especially the big mouths like you Chimbwido who have been boasting of their criminal past. You will hang, Chimbwido!

When this regime has had to resort to wanton violence in 2008 and then blatant vote rigging in 2013 and you think they are winning? If it was not for the breath-taking incompetence of the goat-herder Tsvangirai Mugabe and Zanu PF would be history and we all know it. But then Mugabe is not so smart. After the sham 2008 elections Mugabe lost legitimacy and SADC got the tyrant off the hook by having the GNU.

What does the tyrant do; put his head on the noose once again by blatantly rigging the 2013 elections. Since he kick SADC in the teeth last time; it is clear they are not going to get him off the hook this time.

Mugabe knows he is in trouble and that is why he is worried sick about the West refusing to accept his election victory. It is clear the penny has not dropped as far as idiots like you are concerned. You think it is business as usual! Do not worry, you will soon realize that it is not when the rats scuttle in panic! Zimbabwe has been ruled by fear and ignorance these last 33 years now it is reason and law that is going to rule the roost! If you are insulted by that reality, then this is something you will have to get used but there is no going back to the dark old days.

Am I scared of your stupid threats. No because I have seen the tragic suffering deaths fear and ignorance have brought to the nation to know that to allow myself to be silence by thugs like you is to allow myself and the nation to be dragged back into the dark ages. When you have seen the light and felt the warmth of justice on you face as I have after 33 years in the dark and cold of tyrannical rule you do not turn back but walk forward.

Of course, Mugabe and Zanu PF know power is slipping out of their hands; what do you think the wanton violence of 2008 and then the billions squandered in rigging the election this year are all about. Mugabe will try all manner of dirty tricks to hang on to power but he is like a man fighting to stop the tide; it is high tide and the water will come rushing in.

Mugabe and Zanu PF are FINISHED! Which part of finished do you not understand, you nincompoop!

Zimbabwe Light said...

This is a party in a panic and therefore has to celebrate at everything and anything. The British government has made it clear; it does not recognize the result of the last election because it was NOT free, fair and credible. In other words as far as it is concerned Mugabe is illegitimate be-cause he does not have the people of Zimbabwe to rule.

Mugabe was illegitimate after the sham 2008 elections and SADC got him off the hook by having the GNU. The tyrant should have learnt his lesson then. Clearly, he did not.

By blatantly rigging the 31st July elections Mugabe put his head back in the noose. He has kicked SADC in the teeth these last five years; they are not going to help him this time.

Mugabe's arrogance was his forte but this time it is his undoing. The world is just going to leave him there daggling like a rat caught is a snare of his own making. Gaddafi's end was swift, Mu-gabe's end is going to be painful slow and protracted.

Mugabe will give his usual anti-West tirade of abuse on Thursday at the UN. The West will completely ignore him. They know he is caught good and proper, he is going nowhere. They have all the time in the world to wait and occasionally tag on the rope! The West is going to toy with him like a car toying with a mouse.

Mugabe ranted and raved and there was no one there to listen!

“Shame, shame, shame to the United States of America. Shame, shame, shame to Britain and its allies,” ranted the hypocrite, Mugabe.

Here goes the man with no sense of shame! He has just spend $3 billion or 75% of the nation's annual budget in an elaborate and criminal scheme to rig the elections and now has the audacity to tell other nations they must accept him as a legitimate head of state. How can they do that when none of his own people elected him?

He can rant and rave all he wants, that will not change the fact that he is illegitimate and Zimbabweans are sick and tired of the usurper ruining their lives! No one but fictitious voters voted for Mugabe, he can be president of his fictitious Banana Republic but not president of Zimbabwe!
