Registrar General, Tobaiwa Mudede has invited all interested
parties to inspect the voters’ roll system following complains by MDC that Zanu
PF is planning to rig the elections by failing to produce a clean voters’ roll.
"Clearly the voters roll is a shambles. The registration is often
chaotic and frustrating in urban areas and we see this as an attempt to rig the
elections before voting has even started," MDC-T spokesperson Douglas
Mwonzora said.
Of course the voters’ roll is in shambles; it is a tragedy that this
should be so but the greatest tragedy of all is that the nation has known about
this problem, like so many other related problems, for years and MDC has done nothing,
absolutely nothing about it.
It is naïve to think that someone like Mudede; who is as much a
part of this Zanu PF dictatorship as Police Commissioner Chihuri and Mugabe
himself; would do anything else other than help the dictatorship retain power
by hook or by crook, as he has done all these years. The only way people like
him could be stopped is by first cutting the political umbilical cord linking
the Registrar General’s Office with that of the President. This is why the
nation needed to implement the democratic reforms and produce a democratic
constitution.
We know that after five years not even one meaningful democratic
reform was implemented; a testimony to MDC’s breath-taking incompetence.
The Copac constitution would bring free and fair elections Mr
Mwonzora, who was co-chairman of the parliamentary committee that produced it, never
seem to tire of telling the nation. It was all nonsense of course, it was clear
the document was too weak and feeble to stop Mugabe and his cronies like Mudede
from doing as they pleased.
Some democratic constitution Copac has turned out to be;
delivering a shambolic voters roll!
Mudede can invite MDC and all the other parties to inspect the
voters’ roll and his whole system he knows none of them know what it is they
are looking for and thus will not know it if it was staring them in the face! But
having inspected everything, MDC will now have to admit they found nothing
amiss; not because there was nothing amiss but because they were incompetent to
see it.
Party leader and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai also urged
Zimbabwe Electoral Commission chair Justice Rita Makarau to investigate
allegations of the involvement of a firm said to be linked to Israeli intelligence
services in in the on-going voter registration exercise.
There is nothing wrong per se in employing the Israeli firm; what
the PM must show is that they are doing something illegal. Even if they were;
it would take years, if ever, for someone like Tsvangirai to uncover it!
This election is turning out to be a lesson for us all on the
folly of electing people to lead who have not got the foggiest idea where they
are and where they are going!

Oh dear, you have your head buried in Tsvangirai's backside again!
If MDC had drafted the reforms and then Mugabe refused to have them implemented, MDC were supposed to take this up with SADC as the guarantors of the GPA. If SADC then failed to do something about it then we would be blaming SADC.
MDC has never produced any reform proposals and that is why SADC accused MDC leaders of "becoming too comfortable in government and forgetting they were there to create an environment conducive for credible, free and fair elections".
SADC and the rest of the world know it was MDC who failed to get the reforms implemented. You and all the MDC nincompoops are in denial that Tsvangirai and MDC are breathtakingly incompetence; that will never change the facts and the reality on the ground.
By denying the self-evident facts you are proving to the whole world that you ARE a nincompoop with his head stuck behind Tsvangirai's backside!
It is nincompoops like you who are holding the country back. Five years on and you still cannot get your head round the fact that no reforms were implemented because MDC are incompetent. Five years, FIVE YEARS and still the penny has not drop! S***t and the nincompoop has a vote!

America like so many other democracies accept open and critical debate and that is why they have a free media and freedom of expression. Nothing is swept under the carpet.
Zimbabwe, the other hand, has the Zanu PF controlled media and as you rightly noted the jour-nalists there "cannot be seen to be in opposition to the man (Mugabe) whose government" con-trols them. There is no freedom of expression; the men in dark glasses would be after you!
America is awash with fresh ideas their capacity to come up with new ways of doing things and reinvent themselves is mind boggling because there freedom of expression and a free media ensures nothing is ever swept under the carpet.
Zimbabwe on the other hand is now a land of the living-dead; fear of the murderous thugs and the lack of meaningful debate at all levels have resulted in stagnation and most the people have lost their voice and capacity to think. Corruption has become rampant and it has killed the nation economically and politically.
You, Chimbwido, are just a bye product of Zimbabwe's political system; you are so corrupt to the point of being blind. You have lived here in UK for years, running away from Zimbabwe's eco-nomic and political melt-down. Seeking refuge in UK a country you say you and escaping from Zimbabwe, a country you adore.
You are in UK enjoying the freedom of expression and the political and economic stability and prosperity democracy brings. And all you can think of is use that freedom to campaign day and night that the rest of Zimbabweans back in Zimbabwe should be denied the same freedoms and rights you have come all this way seeking for yourself and your family. Only a nincompoop like you can be that blind not to see the lies, contradictions and sheer hypocrisy in everything you say and do!
Zimbabwe will never hold her head high with pride and take her rightful place in the commune of nations as long as morons like you are allowed to exercise any power and authority; all you will ever do is drag the nation through the mud and the slime of self-denigration, just as Mugabe has been doing these last 33 years!

Well, first the people have to win these elections otherwise none of these Zanu PF thugs will ever be brought to justice. The chaos in Zimbabwe and MDC's failure to come up with any solution is something the people should be worried about.
If there is anyone who is going to stop Mugabe rigging these elections, then it has to be the people themselves.
The people's failure to acknowledge that Tsvangirai and MDC are too incompetent to be of any use is worrying because it means they are expecting MDC to stop Mugabe rigging the elections and so in the end no one will!
