Tsvangirai has
made it real easy for Mugabe and Zanu PF to use all manner of dirty tricks
including wanton violence and they will use. We all know Zanu PF is a party of
ruthless murderers starting with the party’s Chimbwidos going up to the very top of the
food chain to Mugabe himself. He has “several degrees in violence”!
Mugabe and Zanu
PF clearly see the very fact that these elections are NOT going to be free and
fair as great strength for the party. Victory is assured, Zanu PF is thinking. But
that is because like all tyrannical regimes Zanu PF only thinks of the here and
now. They certainly have no memory of what happened last month let alone last
year and beyond and there lies Mugabe and Zanu PF’s weakness, their Achilles’
heel!
Tyrannical
regimes have zero long term memory and that is why Mugabe and his thugs never
talk of the over 30 000 Zimbabweans the regime has murdered in its 33 years in
power. But of course the ordinary people remember all the corruption, looting,
beatings, rapes and all the murders because they have suffered the consequence
of all these things everyday of their lives.
“Chinokangamwa
idemo muti wakatemwa haukangamwi!” goes the Shona adage. It is the axe that
forgets but not the tree that it chopped! Mugabe and Zanu PF are the axe and so
they can afford to forget but trust me they will not forget the second half of
this Shona adage.
“Chiwakadya
chamuka!” Those whom you have abused are here for their revenge!
In this case what
better way of getting their revenge than by letting Mugabe and Zanu PF destroy
themselves.
The international
community has long since judged Zimbabwe’s election as not being free and fair –
there is overwhelming evidence of that already. But, as one would say, give the
fool a long rope and he will hang himself with it. Mugabe and Zanu PF will have
a field day using all manner of dirty tricks to win this election but that will
only add to the evidence that the elections are NOT free and fair.
Remember what
happened in June 2008 when Mugabe and Zanu PF used the wanton violence to “win”
the presidential run-off? If you are Mugabe or a Zanu PF thug, you will not
remember; have the short term memory of axe only. I will remind you; the
international community refused to accept Mugabe’s as a “legitimate” reflection
of the democratic will of the people of Zimbabwe.
It was SADC that came
up with this GPA and GNU to give Mugabe what they thought would be a soft
landing out of power. Instead Mugabe, the axe, has completely outfoxed
Tsvangirai, which was not so difficult given the very serious intellectual
limitations of the latter, emerging out of the GNU even stronger than ever.
Mugabe has made SADC look feeble and worse. SADC, the tree, will not forget
that and they will NOT come out to rescue Mugabe this time round after what is
not a free and fair election!

According to recently leaked US diplomatic cables Goche told the United States ambassador to Zimbabwe James McGee that Zanu PF was entering the 2008 elections as a united party, reported Nehanda Radio.
Referring to reports that Simba Makoni would lead an anti-Mugabe movement either within the party or as a “third way,” Goche stated that Makoni was a “coward” who talked big to the press but remained silent at party meetings.
Well this is case of the pot calling the pan black! Makoni is a coward but then so is Goche and all the other Zanu PF idiots. There was no way Mugabe would have run down the country and murder over 30 000 people if any of these Zanu PF buffoon had not been cowards!
In 2004 George Charamba, President Mugabe’s spokesman, reported assaulted his then wife, Rudo, when she accused him infecting her with the Aids virus. She reported the assault to the Police but the case was quashed in what was clearly political intrigue.
The assault was revived after George penned an article critical Professor Jonathan Moyo, himself a leading player of Zimbabwe’s high stakes very dirty politics and criminal games. In retaliation Moyo reconfirmed Charamba’s wife bashing story.
“And the disgusting bloody evidence would be given because it is available. This is not a threat but a promise,” finished Moyo.
Of course a criminal’s promise is certainly one of the most worthless things on this earth; the only time, ironically, when it is as good as a gentleman’s word of honour is when the criminal is speaking against his/her fellow criminal.
There two things one can always count on criminals to do without failure:
1) To hold incriminating evidence against as many fellow criminals as they can.
2) To spill the beans on other criminals the minute they are in trouble; criminals hate going down alone, they simply love to see other criminals suffer with them – they like company, if you wish!
George Charamba will no doubt have fat dossiers on Jonathan Moyo and many, many others in this corrupt and murderous Zanu PF dictatorship including Mugabe himself. No doubt Charamba would have many promises and not threats he would too want to keep!
When the Zanu PF dictatorship finally unravel, and it will; there will be some stench from all the dirty that will come out! The good thing is the criminals will be arrested and punished and justice, finally, will be done!

SADC endorsed the reports, resolutions, etc., etc. Zanu PF said this MDC said that and SADC said something else which is neither this nor that. All of it is of no consequence except what happens on the ground at the end of the day. What is going to happen is that no meaningful reforms are going to be implemented and there will be no free and fair elections! That is what matters and what you and the nation should focus on!
Zanu PF big wigs walk out of the Tuesday Cabinet meeting in what some people see as de-laying tactics by Zanu PF. Cabinet should be discussing electoral roadmap following the SADC meeting.
This GNU has spent the last five years bickering over nothing and so they are at it again! SADC was asking for this GNU to have its life extended by another two weeks, so they can waste it bickering at public expense!
This GNU has failed to come up with anything sensible these last five years; that is not going to change now! Shiri yoga yoga inemaririro ayo. For this GNU bickering over nothing is the only thing they will ever do!

I agree that the GNU was a bad move and that MDC were pressured to accept the GPA. Still, it must be said, that MDC had many opportunities to do something positive. There is no reason why MDC did not implement even one democratic reform in five years.
We are in this mess because we failed to see Tsvangirai for the flawed and indecisive man he is.
It is sheer folly for the nation to be putting its faith on him.
We have lost a major battle but have the war to win. The battle was lost because we have a weak general; it is time to change the general if we are to be assured of ever winning the next battle and ultimately the war!
The nation is in a real mess; it will take a quality leader and not an incompetent one to drag the nation out of this mess. This is time for reason to prevail and not sentimentality.

Chimbwido, "effecting a regime change" of a corrupt, murderous and tyrannical regime like Zanu PF is something I will do freely and am doing it freely! But I do not think people like you Chimbwido, a paid thug; or tyrants like Mugabe, a mercenary who fought in the war of independence only to replace white oppression with tyranny, his tyranny; will ever understand anyone else can do something for justice and freedom and not for a price!
Zanu PF and its cronies have always objected to the very existence of stations like S W Radio Africa, VOA and independent newspaper because the dictatorship does not have control them. It is fear-ful of the people being given a voice and S W Radio Africa and other are doing just that.
This is about free and fair elections and S W Radio Africa has done a great job telling the nation that this is not going to be a free and fair election and why. This has nothing to do with any “foreign powers” or “rhodies” whoever they are supposed to be!

After all the years of lecturing and writing on this site on the subject, rhetorical nonsense; you have no doubt fine-tuned your ideas to a master piece. This is priceless; I am really excited about this. This must be the summit of rhetorical nonsense; even Joseph Goebbels would have wanted to hear this.
