Last month constitutional lawyer Justice Alfred Mavedzenge applied
for High Court ruling compelling ZEC to make the voters’ roll public.
ZEC has finally responded saying individuals have no right to ask for a
complete national voters roll but only for a single constituency roll.
Mugabe and ZEC can be assured that there will be 210 patriotic Zimbabweans who will follow Mavedzenge's foot steps and make sure the complete roll is available! The regime has nowhere left to hide the voters roll!
Mugabe rigged the 2013
July elections and the voters roll is the smoking gun of the rigged vote.
Mugabe and ZEC have given all manner of excuses why the voters roll has never
been released but the regime must now know that this was one rigged election it
is not going to get away with.

The day the voters roll is released all Nikuv staff will leave the country. Helping Mugabe rig the elections is one thing being held to account for it is another!
The Israeli government was warned about Nikuv's activities in Zimbabwe but they chose to do nothing.
The Israeli government was also advised to ensure the truth is told in August/September last year before Mugabe had done a lot of harm but once again they chose to ignore the advice.
Mugabe is Israel's monster and they will be held to account for all his actions since July 2013 to the day he and his tyrannical regime are finally forced out of office! The Israeli government has hunted down Nazi murderers for decades the Zimbabwe government will seek justice on this matter with the Israeli government for however long it takes!
@ Chimbwido
You should have warned the late Nathan Shamuyarira that Mugabe will use him to build a political system designed to deny the nation their basic right to freedom of expression, a free media and to brainwash the public only to discard him when the job is done.
Do you know Nathan died a pauper? Yes Zanu PF people painted his house the day he died to hide the years of rot and decay and patched the potholes leading to his house. I will bet you anything you want, the painted the front only; that is how devious the party is.
Shamuyarira is one of the Zanu PF grandees and he was as poor as a church mouse. Of course millions of ordinary Zimbabweans are living in abject poverty too. Is this the mass prosperity Mugabe promised the nation? Forget about getting me by the balls; Mugabe has the whole nation by the balls including Zanu PF grandees, many of them have been abandoning the large farms in droves to be appointed board members of parastatals.
I told you before that Mugabe's political system is politically and economically unsustainable and now it has not only eaten up the people to claimed to have liberated and serve but it is eating up Zanu PF members too including grandees like Shamuyarira. You, Chimbwido, would be going around in torn pants if you had not escaped and asked for asylum here in UK.
Mugabe and Zanu PF are now living on borrowed time because the whole political edifice is going to collapse; the centre cannot hold. Regime change is coming; watch out!
Some day this nation will look back to this period and ask how was it possible that millions of Zimbabweans had put their trust in Morgan Tsvangirai, this indecisive and incompetent, to end the Mugabe dictatorship. Yes, of course, the nation was desperate for change and desperate people do desperate things; still was the nation so desperate that we all took leave of our sense!
Tsvangirai is a chameleon with the physical and mental agility of a sloth.
The renewal team met and suspended him months ago and yes he said he dismissed the whole incident as a none-event and now he is challenging its legality in Court; the chameleon yes - no - yes.
Last year after the rigged elections he said he would challenge the result in Court the he with-draw the case. He then said the nation must accept the result "as a political reality" and then he reverted back to dismissing it as a rigged election. Of course whilst he dithered the opportunity to challenge the result was lost!
Tsvangirai had 18 months, initially, to implement the democratic reforms. In the end the GNU lasted 5 years and still he failed to get even one reform implemented; the sloth in him was in control!
How we expected a chameleon with the mental agility of a sloth to outfox a cunning fox like Mugabe beggars belief!
@Rudechikala
Sadly by failing to implement the reforms necessary for free and fair elections Tsvangirai might as well have shot into the crowd with real bullets because hundreds of thousands of Zimbabweans are going to suffer and die as an indirect result of his incompetence!
@ Prevailer
If it was not for Jonathan Moyo Mugabe would certainly be history by now and the nation will be busy with the difficult task of rebuilding the ruins Mugabe left.
If MDC had not turned out to be so breathtakingly incompetent then even Moyo's crafty mind would have failed to come up with a plan to rig the 2013 elections. The only way Moyo can be stopped now is by having some really competent leaders! Moyo has committed himself to Zanu PF now he knows if the party dies he will die too!
Ending the corruption and scrapping the indigenisation law, the two key issues to required kick start the Zimbabwe's economic recovery and end the nightmare economic meltdown were never going to be easy for this Mugabe regime to do. The two problems have arisen because of the regime's political patronage system designed to reward those cadres who are loyal to the tyrant and the his strangle hold on power.
Zimbabwe's economic and political mess have their genesis in the corrupt and wasteful political system and over the years Mugabe has been called upon to end it. All he has ever done is trim off a few twigs when he should have hacked off complete branches, The problem has grown over the years and today he has to clear a whole forest. It is clear he does not have the stomach for it because it would be be political suicide for him!
The regime has agonised over the scrapping of the indigenisation law, the easier of the two problems to address, but in the end it would not bring itself to bit the bullet.
“At the moment we are still analysing it and have not yet agreed as government on the amendments," confirmed Minister Nhema.
So the regime has given up on it ending the economic meltdown. It is now up to the people of Zimbabwe to make the next move and meanwhile the economic meltdown will continue!
