wife election land slide victory in the July elections. "She won it, not just by a huge margin
against his opposition opponents, but also drew very high votes for the party numerically,”
wrote Manheru.
As if any other result was possible. Her is a member of
the Joint Operations Command, JOC; the body that masterminded, carryout and
bankrolled the blatant military style vote rigging operation. We all saw
product of the operation; we saw on our TV the hundreds of thousands of bussed
voters, the one million who were denied the vote because the voters roll
had been corrupted, etc.
Mrs Mnangagwa's "victory" was a given; her JOC
husband saw to it that there were a lot more bussed voters, more
"ghost" polling stations for them to cast their multiple votes, etc.

should stop telling us what we already know. Tell us when the regime is going
to realize the voters roll, how much the regime squandered in this vote
rigging operation, etc.

Patrick Chinamasa has returned from a meeting with the IMF, World Bank and other monetary organization in the US and they told him Zimbabwe in not going to get any money from them until the country shows the political will to implement meaningful economic reforms and commitment to good management of the nation’s wealth and resources.
“I told them that unless they give us new money there will be no growth and no capacity to pay them. We need new investments in the country to boost our economy and capacity to pay them.”
The IMF know Zimbabwe is rich and can pay off all its debts if there was no corruption. They all know Mugabe alone has been earning $ 2 billion a year from his dodgy diamond activities. He must have squandered at least $3 billion in the just ended elections paying dodgy companies like Nikuv to corrupt the voters roll, pay-off all those bussed voters and those who organized them, etc.
As long as Mugabe remains in power, corruption will remain and as long as there is corruption there will never be any meaningful economic recovery: that is the reality!
Zanu PF supporters have nothing to say after Chinamasa came back from IMF, WB, etc., with not a penny in the begging bowl. It is beginning to dawn on them that there really is nothing left in the country for them to loot!

Thank you for the pithy story of how Mnangagwa first got his nickname crocodile by swimming across the croc infested Zambezi to escape Rhodesian forces during the fight for Zimbabwe's independence.
Well I salute him and his unit for their courage and contribution to the fight for independence. Mnangagwa has since independence shown his true colours and that it was not the rights and freedom of all blacks that he fought for. He fought to kick the white racists oppressors out of power only because he wanted to take their place. He has played his part in the last 33 years of establishing this de facto Zanu PF one-party dictatorship that has caused so much human suffering and misery and claimed over 30 000 innocent lives. Mnangagwa has shown beyond all doubt that he is as cold blooded and merciless as that cold blood creature - the crocodile!
With hindsight, are you sure the Zambezi crocodiles did not spare him because he is one of them!?

Did you read the story of how 711 companies have closed in Harare alone in the last year with the loss of over 8 000 jobs? Clearly these were not big companies since they employed 12 workers each on average. But in a country with unemployment already seating at a nauseating 80% and has been seating there for the last 15 years; that is very worrying indeed.
You must have read of how 1 200 Zimbabweans are leaving the country every day. They have clearly read and know about Zimbabwe's economic melt-down. And, which is more, they KNOW Mugabe and Zanu PF are not going to do anything to improve the situation. The tyrant has given up on mass prosperity, "gutsa ruzhinji"; all he is doing now is what he knows best looting and silencing all voices of descent by buying more arms and expanding the CIO. That is not going to silence the millions of Zimbabweans whose hopes and dreams of freedom, liberty and a dignified live Mugabe has ruthless crashed all these years. They demand for justice in growing louder and bold.
Mugabe and Zanu PF can not silence millions of voices forever; they have done so for these last 33 years but now they are finding it increasingly difficult to do so.
My voice is not the lonely voice in the wilderness but one in the growing tsunami wave that will wash away Mugabe and his Zanu PF thugs. All tyrants believe they are invincible; Mugabe and some of his cleverer henchmen know that power is slipping out of their hands, they can see the writing on the wall. Mugabe's blatant vote rigging in the July 2013 is a clear sign of a tyrant who is desperately trying to hold on because so much has already slipped out of his grip!

And deny the IMF officials the pleasure of telling him that to his face! If our "maggot" fiend thought Mugabe was promoting him; he is now beginning to realize that this is a poison chalice. The Zimbabwe economy, which has been in intensive care for years now and had stabilized without showing any sign of recovery, has just taken a turn for the worse; and Chimanasa is newly appointed consultant!
Of course, Chinamasa knows the management, corruptions and looting but does not dare say it because that can only be achieved by dismantling the Zanu PF dictatorship. Mugabe and every-one in Zanu PF knows that, everyone that is except the dunderheads like Chihuri and Chinotim-ba who really have nothing between their ear but mud. Chinamasa is simply too much of a cow-ard to ever confront Mugabe or anyone in the cabal with the truth. So they all pretend not to see the cure!
Admitting to one's failures is tough, very tough but when that admission entails losing all your loot, most of these Zanu PF thugs will be destitute if they did for they have never known a honest day's work in all their lives. And, worse still have to account for all the bad things they have done; beatings, rapes, vote rigging and even murder! You admit nothing and, instead, will try to cover everything; an impossible task as Mugabe has already learnt.
It is clear Mugabe and Zanu PF will never of their own free will agree to the dismantling of the Zanu PF dictatorship. It is falling apart because there party has no solid core or principles to hold it up and the wanton violence of 2008 and the blatant vote rigging in 2013 are desperate, desperate attempt by Mugabe to hold on to power because it is slipping away, to hold together a party that is falling apart.
Chinamasa's return empty handed from the USA will not be a great surprise to Mugabe; it is an-other reaffirmation of something he already knew that the Zimbabwe economy is sinking and taking Zanu PF and him with it!

I agree on the need for an "audit of what went wrong", the important question is who is going to do the audit. I hope you are not suggesting MDC should do it. Judging from Chamisa and Eddie Cross's half hearted admission that the party messed up and ever more worry, Tsvangirai's determination to stay as leader no matter what; an MDC audit will be a waste of time.

Mugabe has awarded the Chinese the $200 million contract to build and equip a new University to try CIOs in the art of politically repression.
