Yes! Tobaiwa Mudede was Zimbabwe's Registrar General and he was heavily involved in Zanu PF's various vote rigging schemes. I asked him to explain where the huge number of postal votes that helped Simon Muzenda of Zanu PF beat Patrick Kombayi of ZUM in 1990 Gweru Urban elections.
Tobaiya Mudede wanted to explain to me how the postal votes system operated, who was entitled to the postal vote, etc., etc. I was not interested in the fluff he was telling me but I did let him go on for a while.
"What was so special about Gweru Urban that it should have over 10 000 postal votes, 1/3 of the registered voters?" I asked. I had had interviewed Mr Patrick Kombayi and so had the exact figures of the announced result.
Registrar General Mudede was visibly shaken by the questions and promptly terminated the interview accusing he of having a hidden agenda and that he did not want to be misquoted!

If the truth be said, millions of Zimbabweans out there are too living in abject poverty. Zimbabwe is a failed state and the consequence of that is millions living in abject poverty. The secondary role of government is to ensure no one gets left behind, especially those who might be left behind for no fault of their own.

The 2008 elections were a watershed elections in that the message that Zanu PF would never ever hold free, fair and credible elections was forceful rammed home. SADC refused to give Zanu PF legitimacy forcing the regime to accept the 2008 to 2013 GNU. The primary purpose of the GNU was to implement the democratic reforms, stop Zanu PF rigging elections and thus end the dictatorship.

Would you agree with me that very often people are angry to hear the truth. Indeed the worst insult on earth is the truth, especially one that every one knows is true and yet they pretend it is an insult.
One should always be careful never to sacrifice the truth in pursuit of cheap public popularity. An intelligent person; be he a man of the cloth, like you, a politician or whoever; he/she will never trade truth for cheap public approval - it will be trading gold for fool’s gold!
Zimbabwe is a failed state because millions of our people have foolishly believed Chamisa’s idiotic lies and conned to participate in flawed elections to give Zanu PF legitimacy and perpetuate the nation’s suffering. Calling those who believed idiotic lies, idiots is not an insult it is the truth. What would you call them?

You should also be smart enough to see those who give with one hand and make a big song and dance about it whilst they rob you blind with the other hand. These food hampers are coming from the individuals who are looting the nation of its wealth and future!
it is a great pity that some people remain blind to the reality even after decades of looting and the country sinking deeper and deeper into the abyss. Burying you head in the sand will never get Zimbabwe out of this hell-hole!
