Mugabe is spending $36 m buying new cars for 300 MPs in one years - more than he has spent on education and health for 13 m in two years!

20 Toyota Prado VXL vehicles and 250 Isuzu double cab vehicles at a cost of $16 million. In July Mugabe bought each Zanu PF parliamentary candidate a new pick-truck, at a cost of $20 million, to use in their campaigning and three months later the same individuals are getting yet another new vehicle!

No wonder politicians of all parties were fighting like wild cats to be elected and why none of the Zanu PF candidates were even bothered at the blatant vote rigging that took place. Indeed many of them, if not all, even played a very active role in the vote rigging.

Just to put this new expenditure into its national context; the country’s health and education services have completely collapsed for lack of funding. The country is spending $ 36 million on cars for less than 300 politicians for this year alone which more than it has spent in education and health for the whole nation of 13 million in the last two financial years!

2.2 million Zimbabweans are facing starvation in the next few months and they will have to depend on donors or starve because the regime says it has no money!

They all wanted to be on the gravy train and we can see way it is called the gravy train - a guaranteed life of unparalleled luxuries for the next five years.

Mugabe rigged the election, confident the people will be too stupid to even realize they are being cheated and for the few who do realize it, that they will be too cowardly to say anything much less do something about it. Well he was right; we are a nation of people who are breathtakingly stupid. Mugabe blatantly rigs the elections and like someone who has fired a shotgun right into a sloth face all we ever did is slowly open our dozy eyes blink a few times and go back to sleep!

We all saw the bussed voters who could not even name one street in the constituency they are supposed to have lived all their lives. One million voters were turned away because NIKUV had corrupted the voters roll. A voters roll Mugabe has stubbornly refused to make public before the voting began and continues to do so now three months after the elections. What else did Mugabe have to do to convince us that the elections were rigged?

There is a mountain of vote rigging evidence. But when you can not see the tree before you it is nonsense to think you can see the mountain!
