Leaders like Robert Mugabe has a fundamental weakness that can be traced back to the days of slave trade; they will happily sell their own kith and kin into slavery for a piece of calico cloth and a handful of beads! The slave trade was abolished over a century ago, thank God. And yet millions in Africa continue to suffer and die in dumb anguish, denied their basic rights and human dignity by their fellow blacks just as happened during the dark days of slavery.
For the last 33 years Zimbabweans have been fight to end the Mugabe dictatorship so they too can enjoy the fruit of democracy and good governance. It is wholly unacceptable that their hopes for a better future were once again ruthlessly dashed because Mugabe had help from an Israeli company Nikuv.
Nikuv corrupted the voters roll so that nearly one million voters were denied the right to vote on election-day. It is no exaggeration to say it was Nikuv who delivered election victory to Mugabe considering the tyrant's winning margin was one million.
What chance does the impoverish and politically enunciated ordinary Zimbabwean voter have against a tyrant like Mugabe with all the looted national wealth at his disposal and all the State institutions to back him. The David vs Goliath contest becomes an impossible one when companies like Nikuv throw their technical clout behind the tyrant.
This is not the first time an Israeli company has been involved in Zimbabwe's politics on the side of Mugabe. And it is not only the people of Zimbabwe that the Jews sold for thirty pieces of silver, they are doing brisk business with other tyrants in Sub-Sahara Africa. This is simply intolerable and it must stop!
The Israeli government and people are always talking of Israel as an island of democracy in the middle of a troubled region. They are always condemning the other nation for their autocratic rule and threat they pose to Israel. Why is it then that Israel has no qualms when it comes to sponsoring and exporting the same autocracy to other countries including Zimbabwe?
It is inconceivable that the Israeli government and people are not aware of how Israeli companies like Nikuv have sold our nation's hopes for a democratic government for thirty pieces of silver. And yet both the Israeli government and people have said nothing and done nothing.
What Nikuv, the Israeli government and the people of Israel must know is that the people of Zimbabwe, the people of Africa and the whole world knows Zimbabwe and Africa has tyrants who have sold the nation’s hopes and dreams for a piece of calico cloth. Zimbabweans and Africans also know that there are unscrupulous companies and nations who are propping up these tyrants. The victims of these tyrants are poor and have no political voice; still, they are not stupid. They know what is going on!

The Israeli should have thought carefully about who they were dealing with. Mugabe is going to sell Uranium to Iran if the current talks fail and guess who is going to be Iran's nuclear bomb target - Israel.
This is not the first time Nikuv has helped Mugabe rig elections and they have been selling their dirty tricks to other African countries too.
Whilst millions of Africans are fighting to end tyrannical rule it is disheartening that a supposedly democratic and God fearing country is the one selling these people for thirty pieces of silver.
Why is it that these Nikuv individuals can have such contempt for the lives of black Africans? What has Africa done to them that they should do this, again and again.
If there is justice in this world and after life then these heartless Jews must be punished!

Israel like many other nations have benefited from the chaos in Zimbabwe and they helped Mu-gabe rig the elections because they wanted the chaos to continue. Mugabe may think he is the master in the relationship, he is not. He is no more than the black slave trader of bygone days who captured his own kith and kin to sell to the white slave-traders for a piece of calico cloth and a hand full of beads.
Is the whole nation, all 14 million of us and generations to follow's, hopes and dreams of free-dom, liberty and a life with human dignity, worth being called MP, or Prime Minister or President and the chauffer driven Mercedes Benz. How many millions innocent Zimbabwe have suffered and died in hopeless despair so Mugabe and his Zanu PF cronies still continue to rule and ruin the nation?
All cars, prestige and whatever else these politicians have accrued over their years in power is nothing more than pieces of calico cloth in comparison with the price the nation has paid in hu-man suffering and lost human lives.
Were the black slave-traders who captured and sold their kith and kin masters of the whites to who they sold their own? The question itself is absurd. By selling their own these black slave-traders showed that they are the scam of the earth with no humanity and self-respect! They are less than human, how can such animals be “master” of anything!
