What "reliance on foreign money" are you talking about Musewe - they weaned us off.

"Our reliance on UN, IMF and foreign governments for money must die in order for our thinking to revolve into our own greatness and potential that is greater than any nation on the globe," said Vince Musewe.

What are you wittering about Musewe; the IMF, WB and most financial institution stopped lending Zimbabwe money as far back as 1999 because the country was not paying its debt. Mugabe started borrowing from the Chinese as part of his “Look east!” policy. But it did not take long before the Chinese too stopped giving him money.

你不支付你的债务 Nǐ bù zhīfù nǐ de zhàiwù,” the Chinese told Mugabe to his face in August 2014.

“You do not repay your debts!” came the translation!

Mugabe had gone to China after trying everyone else to lend him money to bankroll his $27 billion ZimAsset recovery plan. When he came back from China with nothing but fresh air in his begging bowl, everyone knew ZimAsset was dead in the water, although the regime has kept the pretence the plan is still alive.

Musewe you are a senior member of PDP and you should therefore know that the party is stone-broke. When it was clear that MDC had failed to implement even one single reform during the GNU all the party’s donors deserted the party in disgust.  The PDP will give all manner of excuses why it will not contest in the 2018 elections but the primary reason is you people have no money.

The nation’s failure to deal with its own teething problems like the rampant corruption is forcing even the most generous and patient donors to abandon Zimbabweans to their miserable fate of disease, hunger and death! For the last ten years, at least, as much 98% of the Zimbabwe’s medicines was imported and paid for by donors but recently even big referral hospitals like Mpilo and Harare Hospitals have been running out of drugs; donor fatigue! And who would blame them!

In February Mugabe admitted that $15 billion of diamond revenue was looted. To date, ten months later, not even one person has been arrested. Not one! Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa has confirmed in his last statement that only one million carat diamonds are being declared and taxed instead of the expected six million carats. In other words, the looting that resulted in the $15 billion disappearing is still continuing unabated.

Just to prove beyond doubt that Zimbabwe is awash with cash; it was announced that Mugabe has spent $20 million buying new vehicles for his party in preparation for the upcoming elections. He handed 14 of these new vehicles the other day to be used by war veterans – former freedom fighters who have betrayed the people to become Zanu PF thugs who have beaten, raped and even murdered innocent Zimbabweans in pursuit of Mugabe’s no regime change mantra.

God helps those who help themselves! Zimbabwe is a rich country with vast resources, wealth and great potential and would not need any handout from anyone if its wealth was used wisely and for the good of all.

Millions of Zimbabweans are out of work, hungry and thousands are suffering and hundreds dying every week unnecessarily of simple and curable diseases because of the decades of criminal waste of human and material resources by this corrupt and tyrannical Mugabe regime. It is for the people of Zimbabwe to stop the criminal waste and for the last 36 years the people have done nothing to end this madness.

People get the government they deserve, after 36 years of independence we cannot say we do not deserve this corrupt and tyrannical Zanu PF dictatorship complete with its entourage of corrupt and incompetent opposition parties.

No Mr. Musewe, you do not have to worry about Zimbabwe’s over reliance on foreigners for cash, medicine, food, etc.; the foreigners are sick and tired of giving loans to a regime that does not pay its debts and aid to people who are being robbed blind by their own government but would not lift a finger to stop the looting and plunder! The foreigners have weaned off Zimbabwe; after all PDP would not be stone-broke otherwise.

@ Tanonoka

If the African Charter or our own new 2013 Constitution is anything to go by, the ACC will be based on laws granting the individual rights in 95% of chapters and clauses and then take them all away in the last 5% by granting the leaders the dictatorial powers! Look what Mugabe has done with the SADC Tribunal. The ACC will be a waste of time and space!

Whilst there is nothing wrong with being generous, what is wrong here is the same individual who wants to be seen as generous is also the one robbing the nation blind! According Africa Partnership Canada Mugabe pocketed a cool $2 billion from the looting in Marange is 2012 alone. If the looted fortune was being spent of our own health system few people including Mugabe and his daughter would be seeking health service outside the country. As it is even our referral hospitals like Mpilo and Harare Hospital cannot carry out even the more simple operation because they have no drugs, clean running water, etc. This is not right!

It was Tsvangirai's failure to implement even one single democratic reform in five years of the GNU that have allowed Mugabe to stay on in power and continue the looting. The $70 000 he is giving Tsvangirai is small change, the big thank you Mugabe gave Tsvangirai was the $ 4 million Highlands mansion. Tsvangirai sold-out and we must never ever forget that nor forgive him for it!

How many millions are suffering today because out health service has all but collapsed and how many hundreds are dying unnecessarily every week because he wanted the thirty pieces of silver more than he cared about others! What wrong had they ever done to him that he would trade the hopes, dreams and very lives for brick and mortar!!!!!!!!!

What is sad here is that the penny has still not dropped in the heads of all these rogue war veterans that what they were asked to do, bribed to do all these last 16 years particularly - denying the ordinary people their freedoms and basic rights to promote Mugabe's no regime change mantra is treason. Did they fight in the war of independence so that they can become Mugabe's thugs, paid to terrorise and murder innocent people?

Thuggery is wrong and these stupid war veterans are just empty vessels for hire and no wonder Mugabe wants them, Mnangagwa wants them, Mujuru wants them and even Nelson Chamisa wants them. They are nothing more than political prostitutes who will give their despicable services to the highest bidder.

What the rogue war veterans must never ever forget is it is not the string of individuals who bribed them, gave the instructions, etc. but the war veteran at the coal face who will be held to account for the heinous politically motived crimes.

The war veterans are quarrelling with Mugabe today because the tyrant did not honour his promise to make them rich although they have done all his dirty work for them. Many war veterans have committed many crimes for Zanu PF and some have even shed the innocent blood. Let me say this, Mugabe, Mnangagwa, Mujuru, Chamisa or any of these corrupt opportunists will ever make the war veterans rich because all they want to do is get a seat on the gravy train so they can loot the nation's wealth.

The nation will not prosper from looting as we have already seen and as long as the economy continue to suffer everyone will suffer.

Any war veteran who thinks that they can prosper whilst the nation continue to suffer living in cloud-cuckoo-land.

The Zanu PF dictatorship is collapsing and there is nothing Mugabe can do to prop it up. Woe to all those who continue to terrorise and murder innocent people for the sake of propping up a collapsing tyrannical regime because on the day of reckoning it is you who must account for the blood on your hands!

I am not playing a blaming game you cannot deny or attack the message and so you attack the messenger.

My message is we hare corrupt and incompetent leaders like Tsvangirai and electing them back into office is folly. You cannot deny Tsvangirai is a corrupt and incompetent village idiot, not without exposing yourself to be a village idiot yourself. So you seek to discredit me by accusing me of playing the blaming game.

If Tsvangirai is a village idiot, which you cannot deny, then warning the nation of the folly of electing him to implement reforms which he has failed to do already is the most honourable thing one can do. When millions are out of work, thousands sick and many dying because the health service has all but collapse, etc. ending their tragic suffering is a matter of life and death and not a game.
