MDC-Renewal say Mugabe did not rig elections we must ignore the idiots and move on!

MDC Renewal Team spokesman and Harare lawyer, Jacob Mafume, now says Zanu PF won last year’s elections fair and square and that calls for fresh elections are “idiotic”. To those Zimbabweans who still had any doubts that MDC-Renewal is anything else than a party of breathtakingly incompetent village idiots this out bust puts the matter beyond doubt.

I will prove that Mafume and his fellow MDC-Renewal leaders are certified incompetent village idiots on three issues; one, that they are confused about whether or not Mugabe rigged the 2013 elections when it is abundantly clear that the tyrant did indeed rig the elections. Two, that they are even more confused about the underlying causes of Zimbabwe’s economic problems and, third, that they are at sixes and sevens as to why elections are the only solution.

First let us consider Mr Mafume’s basis for his claim that Zanu PF won last year’s elections.

“People voted for Zanu PF. Many, including civil servants, were gullible to Zanu PF election promises,” he told his Gweru listeners. “They were promised poverty datum line salaries and teachers’ leaders were heard celebrating the news prematurely, as they dined with Zanu PF ministers only to be disappointed after the elections.”

Of course there were some gullible voters who believed Zanu PF would end the country’s economic problems just as there were others who believed MDC would deliver free and fair elections.

“There are many people that I know whom I met in queues openly telling me that they intended to vote for Zanu PF. They went on to vote for Zanu PF and told us that we (MDC-T leaders) were getting carried away with power in the inclusive government,” continued Mafume.

FCUK ME! So you think Mugabe and Zanu PF were not “getting carried away with power”? What a real stupid argument, and coming from a lawyer and someone aspiring to be minister making decision affecting us all!

Free, fair and credible elections are about affording all citizens, gullible or not, a meaningful vote. One man, one vote! There were glaring irregularities in last year’s elections showing that this did not happen and thus the elections were rigged!

We all saw young men and women being bussed into polling stations and read the eyewitness accounts confirming this happened all over the country. Why would young people be bussed to go and vote when old men and old women are expected to walk? And if these bussed young voters were from the constituency they were seen voting in then why was it they could not remember the name of the street when they were asked to give their home address?

All the Election Observers reported that many voters were denied the vote on the day because their names were not on the constituency voters roll. Many have since discovered that their names had been posted in another constituency voters roll and not the one they expected. Observers said “nearly one million” failing to vote; this is very significant given that this was the margin of Mugabe’s “won” the vote and 30% of the cast votes!

President Mugabe claims the elections were free, fair and credible and yet he has pointedly refused to release the voters roll, for example, so the public can check whether or not the regime had routinely posted names of many voters in wrong constituencies just to confuse the voters.

What is of great concern here too is why the Police failed to investigate the stories of bussed in voters and ZEC had failed to ensure the voters roll were released to all the contesting parties at least a month before the elections as is required by law, for example. If Mr Mafume and his MDC friends had not been so breathtakingly incompetent then they would have implemented the democratic reforms necessary to ensure the political independence of Police, ZEC, etc.

There is no doubt that even with the benefit of hindsight people like Mafume, Tsvangirai, Biti, etc. still do not have the foggiest idea what the reforms were about!

“Zanu PF did whatever they did but the fact remains they won the elections. Let them govern for the benefit of everyone and work towards reviving the economy,” said our certified village idiot.

For anyone who understood Zimbabwe’s economic problems it was clear that Mugabe and Zanu PF had given up on addressing the nation’s economic problems a long time ago all the regime cared about now was retaining political power by hook and by crook and hence rigging the election. Mugabe was never going to revive the economy that was clear all along but even more so now, a year after the rigged elections.

The Zimbabwe economy cannot be reviving without first removing the cancerous tumours of gross mismanagement and rampant corruption. The Zanu PF regime has denying these problems but that was folly because they have grown and spread over the years and now they are killing the national economy.

It is bad enough that Mugabe has treated the symptoms and administered painkillers; the last thing we want is a useless opposition encouraging the tyrant to continue. What we want a government that will remove these cancerous tumours!

What should have been clear to our village idiot is that Mugabe will never deal with the mismanagement and corruption because he is not just the daddy who sired them but, worse still, he is the mythological Medusa and these cancers have sprouted from him just as the snakes the snakes grow from Medusa’s head. Cutting off one snake will not solve anything as ten more will grow in its place. The solution is to cut off Medusa’s head.

Mugabe did not rig elections so he can have the honour cut off his own head! On the other hand there was no chance of any meaningful economic recovery whilst the two cancers were allowed to grow. This is why as soon as Mugabe rigged the elections it was clear he would have to “rig” economic recovery too.
Mugabe thought he could “rig” economic recovery with his $27 billion ZimAsset plan. Ordinarily the nation would not need so much money, seven times the national budget and three times the current national debt. The only reason he did is that most of it would be needed to fund the waste from mismanagement and corruption, since these sacred cows were to be left untouched. The “rigging” comes in since he would have to convince the donors the money will all be used productively and none of it wasted.

After a year of frantic begging for ZimAsset funds, Mugabe has failed to raise even a single dollar, not even the Chinese were foolish enough to waste even one Yuan funding an economy that is clearly wasting away.

Mugabe is going on State visit to China, 24 to 28 August 2014, in what will be the tyrant’s last desperate throw of the dice to get some funding for ZimAsset. He is expected to beg and grovel; he has taken some kneeing pad otherwise his knees will grow a thick kin pad like a goat!

If the Chinese throw Mugabe a $ 10 billion loan lifeline (they will no doubt get Zimbabwe’s minerals for a song in return which will make the nation even worse off in the long run) it buy the regime a year or two of relief and then back to square one.

Mafume, the Zimbabwe economy will never ever revive as long as Mugabe and Zanu PF remain in power; what will it take to get that simple message into that fruitcake head of yours. Since the tyrant rigged the July 2013 elections, thanks to the breath-taking incompetence of MDC, we will have to get his to step down – he cannot stay until 2018 the economic meltdown is causing serious human suffering to let this go on that long!

Mugabe must step down to allow the appointment of an interim administration whose primary tasks will be to implement ALL the democratic reforms (reforms you MDC idiots had five years during the GNU to implement but failed to get even one implemented) and then to hold free and fair elections.

Only the government emerging from free and fair elections will have the mandate and confidence to remove the cancerous tumours of mismanagement and corruption that is killing the Zimbabwe economy.

The solution to Zimbabwe’s political and economic mess is that Mugabe must go, that has been self-evident for decades now.

The tyrant has remained in power these last 15 years because of the breath-taking incompetence of opposition leaders like Tsvangirai and Tendai Biti. And when the tyrant hears village idiots like you Jacob Mafume saying he did not rig the elections and that holding free and fair elections is “idiotic” it only encourages Mugabe not to accept reforms much less accept to step down.

Jacob Mafume is a certified incompetent idiot that he has proven beyond all doubt by his actions and words and so too have Tsvangirai and Tendai Biti; what is at issue here is that Zimbabweans have to take the task of finding competent leaders with the seriousness and urgency the situation demands. We are not going to get out of this hell-hole until we do!

@ Dlayila Omuhle

The GNU offered the country is best chance yet to end the Zanu PF dictatorship by implementing the democratic reforms. It was the nation’s get out of jail card. In all Dlayila Omuhle’s writing and all Tsvangirai and all the other MDC have said in the last year none of the have failed to explain why MDC failed to get even one reform implemented. Not even one of them has done so.

They nearest any of them has ever come to explaining why not even one reform was implemented was to remind us that the regime is a repressive one. “The security cluster, even under the GNU remained the sole preserve of Zanu-PF,” Omuhle argue.

Yes Mugabe did retain total control of the security sector but what has that to do with implementing the reforms. MDC did not need security sector’s approval on any proposed reforms. Even if we were to assume that MDC needed the sector’s approval, when did they ever refuse to give such approval?

The truth of the matter is MDC never submitted to parliament, which what they were supposed to do, not even one single reform in all their five years in the GNU.

When you are given a get out of jail card you use it, period. To turn round and talk about the jail’s high walls, razor fence, etc. is nonsense because who cares about all those things when the gate was thrown open for you to get out!

I am not “obsessed about Tsvangirai’s personal life”. I pointed out the gallivanting and time spend chasing women of ill repute to show that Tsvangirai could never say he did not have time to implement the reforms. I also said even after all the gallivanting he still could have implement-ed the reforms if he wanted to. To therefore say I was obsessed with his person life was just a feeble excuse to talk about the death of his wife and fish for some sympathy.

After SADC had repeatedly reminded MDC to implement the reforms and then begged them not to take part in the elections SADC Heads Of State told the The Zimbabwe Independent MDC leader “were enjoying being in power and forgot why they had been in the GNU” in sheer frustration with MDC leaders. I think that SADC endorse the Zimbabwe election even though it was not free and fair out of sheer frustration. They just wanted to wash their hands of the Zimbabwe problem because Zimbabweans themselves did not seem to care as MDC leaders had shown!

The continued support of leaders like Tsvangirai, Khupe, Biti, Ncube who have already shown that they are breathtakingly incompetent is not helping us win friends in our struggle to end this Mugabe dictatorship.

After 34 years there is no doubt that we had numerous chances to end the Zanu PF dictatorship we failed to do so only because we had incompetent village idiots to do it. What else does Tsvangirai have to do for you to finally admit he is a village idiot because betraying the nation for the Highlands mansion was clearly not enough for you!?

People get the government and opposition they deserve; we certainly deserve Mugabe and Zanu PF and Tsvangirai and MDC.

I thought at long last Tsvangirai was going to tell the nation why he failed to implement even one of the reforms!

"“The mistake was that we placed in the negotiations and focused on creating a govern-ment over the wrong political architecture because the bureaucracy that supported Zanu PF remained intact,” is the nearest he has come to doing that!

I have read the sentence, five times and I still cannot make head or tail of what he wanted to say!

To be quite honest, I did not expect him to come out and finally admit "Yes, there was absolutely no excuse why we failed to get even one reform implemented other than that we were and still are breathtakingly incompetent!"

People say sorry is the hardest word to say; admitting to being stupid is impossible to say! Of course Tsvangirai is stupid, a village idiot, but he will never ever admit that. Never! But even more significantly many of those who had blindly supported him will have struggled to accept that he is a village idiot because of what that says of them. What they do not seem to realise is by continuing to give their allegiance to someone who has proven beyond all doubt that he is a village idiot it confirm that the village idiot is a genius compared to them!

The whole world could not believe than Tsvangirai was that incompetent that he failed to seize the opportunity to end the Zanu PF dictatorship. The same world was equally shocked that we the people of Zimbabwe allowed Tsvangirai to mess up our lives without even demanding an apology. The whole tragic story shows Zimbabweans are not really serious about wanting to end this Zanu PF dictatorship and the whole world has walked away to leave us to stew in our own mess. Now we will have to prove to the world that we are serious before anyone will lift a finger to help us!

Any nation that elects village idiots as their leaders is not serious about the future. By electing first a tyrant and then a village idiot we have shown that we are happy wallowing in our own mess.

@ Zhii

Mugabe has bamboozled Tsvangirai and outfoxed his own Zanu PF colleagues but he is getting away with the economic meltdown. The years of mismanagement and corruption have taken their toll on the economy and there will be no economic recovery until these evils are ad-dressed. He is trying to rig economic recovery but is wasting his time and that of the nation!

Mugabe should step down now or he will be kicked out of office! He is not going to last till 2018!

@ Pinkk

One of the secrets of tyrannical rule is the way the tyrant surrounds himself/herself with such incompetent people and undermines all the institutions of government to create the impression that no one else can rule after them. Nothing would please them more that to see the nation breakup the day they are forced to leave office. The danger of that happening in Zimbabwe is there, that is why we must start thinking about all these things now and start searching for the quality leaders who can lead the nation at this critical stage. Or else we will go down the same path as other nations like Iraq, Libya and Egypt have taken.

So you, Priscilla Misihairabwi Mushonga is the MDC Secretary General, think Grace "has no appreciation of what is actually happening around her" but you obviously appreciate what politics is all about? How conceited!

Madam is all you years in the GNU what single thing can you say you have accomplished? Nothing! You jointed all your other MDC friends in drinking tea with Mugabe and singing the tyrant’s praise. You were “speechless” at the tyrant’s charm, you sung! You and your equally incompetent MDC friends were supposed to implement the democratic reforms to end the Zanu PF dictatorship but failed to get even one reform implemented.

You are fishing for a position if Grace should become president. Well she will never be president because the economic meltdown the country is facing will force Mugabe to step down or be kicked out of office.

You and your fellow MDC leaders betrayed the nation and will have some question to answer before you all ride into the political sunset!

Zimbabwe is now like a grassland after a long dry spell, everything is bone dry, and one careless spark and the whole veld will burn down to ashes. There is so much panted up frustration, anger and hopelessness in the country at the economic hardships in a country where the ruling elite are living in obscene luxuries, steal elections, brutally silence all who dare object and, worst of all, constantly insult the people with their incessant lying confident the ordinary people are too stupid to know the difference.

Foreign Affairs Minister, Simbarashe Mumbengegwi said Zimbabweans have not rebelled against this oppressive Zanu PF dictatorship because they are “supportive” of the regime under the West sanction. For years the regime has maintained the economic meltdown was caused by the sanctions although the ruling elite have in fact thrived and prospered before the sanctions and continued to do the same after.

The Minister also attributed the reason why Zimbabweans have not rebelled to their “unparalleled and unmatched resilience” as is suffering is something the people love and relish!

For years now, Zimbabweans have been crying enough is enough in their hearts and souls. One of these days will cry out loud and let their actions cry even louder than their voices!

The “regime’s core elite becomes self- indulgent, trite and flippant before its fall,” said Professor Sithole. Well this Zanu PF dictatorship ticks all these stages with flying colours and the only stage awaiting them is the last one – falling. It is not going to be long now before they do that!

@ Mtshede Vundla

This is August 2014 the elections were rigged July 2013; so one thing at least has certainly "moved on". As for the nation, it too has moved on. Mugabe has gone to everyone from who he could beg and got nothing. He is off to China on what will be the last throw of the dice to beg for his ZimAsset economic recovery plan.

There is talk of China giving him $4 billion, the Chinese being the Chinese most of that loan will no doubt be in finished goods and they will provide 80% plus of the labour cost. The Chinese loan will provide little meat for his cronies to sink their teeth into in the way of corrupt deals. Mu-gabe would have wanted cash to pay civil servants and other recurrent expenditure. But most important of all, the Chinese loan will do nothing to end the chronic waste due to mismanage-ment and rampant corruption; that will only end with Mugabe and Zanu PF being kicked out of office.

You are talking of the nation “moving on” but we are moving on; since the rigged elections many more companies have closed and the economic hardship are a lot worse. We are matching on too – as long as Mugabe and Zanu PF remain in power the economic meltdown will get even worse.

I have not done anything to stop the time ticking on or the economic meltdown getting worse. What I have done is offer the way out of this mess – hold free and fair elections or the economy will go into total meltdown with consequences that we will all regret!

All Mugabe has ever cared about in his whole life was absolute power and for the last 34 years he has enjoyed absolute power. I know he would rather die in power than give it up, which was why he used wanton violence to win in 2008 and blatantly rigged last year’s elections. He got away with it in 2008, thanks to the breath-taking incompetence of Tsvangirai. He bamboozled Tsvangirai in 2013 but the decades of misrule have since caught up with him throwing a new challenge of a very sick economy.

Trust me Mugabe is not going to rig economic recovery; that is simply not going to happen. If Mugabe thinks the economic meltdown can continue ad infinitum then he is in for the biggest surprise of his life because that too is not going to happen!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Cam Simpson Bloomberg

Cam Simpson gave a detailed report of Zimbabwe’s 2008 elections violence as seen by USA Ambassador McGee and how it was the US$ 100 million hedge fund that finance the tyrant’s violent activities.

That was yet another dark chapter in Zimbabwe's history. What make it worse is that Tsvangirai went on to let Mugabe off the rope by agreeing to the one sided GPA. And as if that was not bad enough the village idiot did not implement any of the reforms which would have ensured the 2013 elections would be free and fair!

Still we will have to find out what happened in 2008 and throughout the GNU before this chapter is closed!

@ Amby Ndlovu

If your six year old daughter is smart enough to know any about elections and was paying attention on 31 July 2013 then she too must have seen the bussed voters. She must have thought that strange, to say the least, or she is not as smart as you want us to believe she is.

You are right, I am very angry with Tsvangirai, Biti, Ncube and all the other MDC leaders because if they had not been so breathtakingly incompetent and implemented the democratic reforms then Mugabe would not have rigged the elections and the nation would not be in this hell-hole still.

With benefit of hindsight and a bonus year for the penny to finally drop; I expected people like you, Amby, to now see what a monumental blunder MDC had made in failing to implement the reform. I am just disappointed to note that no amount of reasoning can ever enlighten you. Nothing can penetrate that hermetically sealed head.

The human brain is supposed to be flexible, always questioning things. Yours is hard wired to follow leaders like Mugabe or Tsvangirai blindly and never ever ask any question. How tragic!

I feel real sorry for your six year old daughter who has a village idiot for a father! Do you really think by keeping the nation in this hell-hole you are doing her and the hundreds of thousands of other children out there any favour?

The right to vote has become a curse because village idiots, who do not even know East from West, now have a say in determining the nation’s destiny. The quality of the electorate determines the quality of government and opposition the nation gets that is why we have had a tyrant for President and a village idiot for Prime Minister.

Of course we can get rid of the current individuals but, as long as we have a naïve and gullible electorate whose brains are impermeable to reason Zimbabwe will always have a tyrant cum village idiot for president; that is what scares the hell out of me! This will never scare you, Amby; you will go to your grave blissfully unaware of the chaos around you – for that is the fridge benefit of being an idiot!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Amby Ndlovu

Did you not see the young men and women who were bussed in to vote in constituencies they clearly did not even know since they could not say where they lived when asked? The Police did not lift a finger to investigate what was happening because they never investigate Zanu PF motivated criminal activities.

Mugabe would not be doing the nation a favour by releasing the voters roll; that is a legal requirement. He has flatly refused to release the roll because it is the smoking gun of the rigged vote.

You are asking for “legal binding or empirical evidence” that the Zimbabwe’s July 2013 elections were rigged and it shall be given to you and the nation at large. There will be a full judiciary inquiry into the elections. The elections were rigged and the inquiry will establish all those involved and what role they played, who paid them and how much, everything. Be rest assured that all those found guilty will be punished.

Vote rigging is a very serious crime no nation can tolerate such treason!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@Mtshede Vundla

Ian Smith said that there would be no black majority rule "not in thousand years" and his rule did not last 15 years. Mugabe rig the elections and so be right he should not be in State House.

If you think the people have to put up with the economic hardship his 34 years of misrule have brought on the nation just because he bamboozled some village idiot like Tsvangirai into doing nothing about the reforms that would have stopped him rigging the elections then it is you who is dreaming.

Mugabe has overstayed and has caused enough suffering and despair to the good people of Zimbabwe. He should step down now or he will be kicked out of office. This nation does not have the patience to wait for 2018 and wait for what, for Zanu PF to rig that election too? This nation is sick and tired of chasing a mirage!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Elton Mangoma

To start with Mafume was saying the other day that Zanu PF “won” last year’s elections and now, hardly a week later, you are describing the same election as a “grand theft of the people's vote”. Are you village idiots so stupid you cannot even agree on something as simple as this!

In your desperate effort to worm your way back in power you are now hitting below the belt by opening up old wounds and yet do fcuk off to heal them.

“The Renewal Team has made an undertaking to make use of provisions in the country's new constitution and other legal instruments to ensure that the thousands of unregistered citizens in areas such as the Matabeleland region are able to enjoy their rights as the other nationals and children are able to attend class,” you wrote.

“It is therefore one of the Renewal Team's commitments that the government of the day should compensate all victims of political violence and if it fails, we will fulfil this obligation when we form the next government.”

Are you telling the nation you have only now become aware that Mugabe has never addressed what his regime did during the Gukurahundi openly and decisively to allow the wounds to heal and the nation to move on? MDC has been in government is one form or the other for the last 14 years now and yet the party has done absolutely nothing to get the issue and many other similar issues like Murambatsvina, and the wanton violence of 2008 elections resolved.

The greatest thing you could have done for the surviving relatives of the Gukurahundi madness and the nation at large was to implement the democratic reforms that would have ended the reign of this corrupt and tyrannical Mugabe regime. You had the majority in parliament to ensure all the proposed reforms were passed and had five long years to ensure the reforms were implemented. You never even drafted one reform proposal. Not one!

Elton Mangoma you and your fellow MDC leaders betrayed this nation by failing to implement the reforms necessary to end Mugabe’s tyrannical rule. Your breath-taking incompetence is surpassed only by your greed and stupidity. You and your friends will never ever be elected into public office much less form the next government, now that the nation knows you are breathtakingly incompetent.

I hope he remembered to take his kneeing pads because this is his last throw of the dice to get some money into that ZimAsset begging bowl. There will be a lot of begging and grovelling for him. If he forgot them then his trousers will have holes round the knees like a goat!

Enda udzoke! The economic meltdown will be waiting for you because as long as nothing is done to end the gross mismanagement and rampant corruption; more companies will close and the economy will continue to sink. Whatever the Chinese throw in the bowl will be no more than a painkiller. We need a cure!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Vakafa Havana

What will the US$4 billion do? Nothing! He will have it all wasted in no time and the economy will continue to sink like a stone. Mugabe has been able to outwit, bribe, cheat and even murder his way in life but now he has an adversary who he cannot outwit, bribe, cheat or murder - the economy. It has him by the balls.

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Sarudzai

Mugabe has been nagging him and they have strung him along for over a year; they will give him something but make sure they recover it all ten-fold! The only thing the Chinese are worry about is whether his regime will last long enough for them to recover their money. They know that whatever government that will follow Mugabe will be stupid to honour the deal the tyrant signs on this visit.

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Lewie13

As long as nothing is done about the criminal waste because of the rampant corruption the Zimbabwe economy will never ever recover. The US$ 4 billion the Chinese give Mugabe will be a painkiller but not the cure!

@Mtshede Vundla

On the contrary it is Mugabe who does not respect the law and the rights and dignity of others not me. Mugabe has always ridden rough shod over our basic rights including the right to a meaningful vote and even the right to life. He has been lucky to get away with it all these years. What I am saying is enough is enough he must not be allowed to get away with the vote rigging of the 2013 elections. Fortune is shining on those who want to see change after the rigged elections in that the years of economic mismanagement and rampant corruptions have created a foe even Mugabe cannot bribe, cheat or murder – the economy.

Zimbabwe’s economic meltdown will force Mugabe to step down or it will force the Zim-babwean people to break their “unparalleled and unmatched resilience” to suffering and misery, as Foreign Affairs Minister Mumbengegwi mockingly called it. Like it or not Mu-gabe will go before 2018, of that I am certain.

How ironic that Mugabe has shown nothing but contempt for the constitution, in rigging the elections he was committing high treason, but now that he is in power he seeks pro-tection from the constitution. The constitution was never meant to protect those who break it whilst letting the victims of the lawlessness suffer with no recourse.

Since Mugabe and Zanu PF have total control of the whole electoral system they will once again rig the 2018 elections and demand that those seeking change will have to wait for the 2023 elections. This is a mirage, Zimbabweans have been stupid enough to be conned into chasing mirages all these years my gut feeling is even they are tired of this silly game!

Meanwhile the whole nation is sinking in the suss-pond in hopeless despair.

I agree that village idiots like you are blissfully unaware of the tragic events unfolding before us; for such is the fridge benefits of a hermetically sealed mind. Well there are a few of us who can see and comprehend the tragic reality and it is impossible to cheer and applaud!

@ Innocent Ndibali

The point of implementing the reforms was to ensure that reports of bussed voters will then be investigated properly to establish who they were and why they were voting in a constituency they did not live in, for example. But since the reforms were not imple-mented we have ended up with the same pro-Zanu PF Police who will never investigate any politically motivated criminal activity by Zanu PF, a judiciary that will never convict Zanu PF thugs, ZEC that will turn a blind eye to failure to produce a voters roll.

Of course it is naïve to ask for the evidence of vote rigging when the Police responsible for doing the investigation will not investigate and the Courts are not interested in seeing that justice is done.

"We regret that you have been provided with false, defamatory, slanderous information regarding our work in Zimbabwe," Anat Saadon, PA to the Nikuv CEO said in e-mailed responses yesterday.

The Israeli Government was warned of Nikuv’s obnoxious activities in Zimbabwe but, of course, the regime did not listen. Israel was the only democratic state to have worked hand-in-glove with SA’s apartheid regime right up to the day the regime finally collapsed. Israelis has already shown that it does not give a damn about the suffering of black Africans but I never thought their love of thirty pieces of silver extended to help commit treason.

When this Zanu PF tyrannical regime finally collapse, which is not long now, Mr Anat Saadon will have the chance to explain just what it is exactly that Nikuv has been doing in Zimbabwe. It is a matter of national pride that this matter is dealt with thoroughly. How can we hold up our heads as a nation when someone comes in our home and spits us in the face, paid a princely sum of US$ 13 million and has the cheek to expect us to just forget it ever happened? This business with Nikuv is not over, not by a long mile!

@Chivhuna Kumbirai

Mugabe rigged the 2013 elections and therefore the results should have never been allowed to stand. We have a law in Zimbabwe that says you cannot keep stolen property regardless how long it has been since you stole it. Elections are a lot more important than a stolen chicken or car.

By rigging the elections Mugabe committed high treason. He should be hanged for that; it is an outrage that he should be allowed to go free but to reward him too by allowing to keep the sto-len presidency is the classic collective suicide inept people with a lazy mind are known to com-mit. Because only lazy minded people would clamour for free, fair and credible elections and yet would willingly reward those who rig elections.

The fact that Mugabe has, since rigging the elections, proved that he cannot turn round the economy has made his departure imperative.

To suggest that we are stuck with a tyrant whom none of us elected is nonsense!
