The US Ambassador to Zimbabwe told S W Radio Africa that
America will not be lifting the targeted sanctions against Mugabe and his
cronies until there are democratic reforms in Zimbabwe. Now this IS the best
news, I have heard in a long time!
We all know Mugabe rigged the elections. He knows that he
rigged the elections. He does not want us to look at how he got the 61% of
the vote but only at the bottom line. That is nonsense, of course.
The most pertinent question one has to ask before
looking at his bottom line is whether or not Mugabe has the legal right to
cheat? The only answer to that rhetoric question has to be a NO!
Those who have looked at the bottom line of the July
elections and ignored the political reality of the blatant vote rigging by
Mugabe are effectively saying "It is alright for Mugabe to cheat and once
again deny the people of Zimbabwe a meaningful say in the governance of the
country!" Buuuuu! to all these people.

So the Americans have no right to decide for themselves who they can do business with and Mugabe has the "right" to rig elections to dictate who MUST do business with him whether or not they like it! Well, no doubt he is a tyrant and a dictator.
Well the tyrant and dictator has gone too far this time. He rigged the elections and therefore he is illegitimate and he can not dictate to anyone to make himself legitimate!
I know you have yet to grasp the gravity of Mugabe's situation but not to worry, you will! This is going to be one of those Chinese torture; Mugabe is being hanged out to dry!
Only the very naïve and gullible will believe Mugabe and Chimbwido! "If the illegal economic sanctions really bite, we know where to pass the burden," the idiot says. If the sanctions where the cause of the country's economic melt-down then it would not be a matter of "IF" they start to bite; with unemployment seating at 90%, the sanctions are not biting but swallow whole its victims. And it is not a matter of Zanu PF passing on the burden; that is exactly what they have been doing these last 33 years!
In other words any more sanctions now are going to hurt the 10% who have grown fat and prosperous whilst the rest of us the 90% have suffered and have lost hope. Mugabe and Zanu PF cannot pass anything to us any more we have lost everything and have nothing left to lose.
Mugabe is nothing more than the hyena, having grown fat and lazy promising its victims that he will become a vegetarian if they can get rid of all the ticks off his back. There are always some stupid sheep, always keen to appease who have been slaving away shampooing the hyena; many have always ended up on the hyena's menu. He has always claimed the poor sheep had an accident and he is disposing of the meat!
In rigging the elections, Mugabe has more than a tick on his back. His greed got the better of him and he has bitten off his own tongue!
