Zimbabwe is a hell-hole: made by blacks for blacks - no need for guards , we accepted it as our destiny!

No doubt many of the hundreds of thousands "employed" by Zanu PF to help it rig the elections are themselves now unemployed again and have re-joined the rest of us in the suffering brigade!  They had their chance to sell the fellow Zimbabweans for a piece of calico clothe and a handful of beads and the jumped at the opportunity.

Mugabe and his cronies are busy doing their own brisk trade in human misery for, once again, a piece of calico clothe and a handful of beads. The tyrant has soldiers with standing instructions to shoot to kill anyone who tries to enter the Marange and Chiwadza diamond fields. Only the Chinese and the Lebanese are allowed to benefit from the diamond bonanza

The soldiers guarding the diamond field are themselves housed in rough accommodation; hot as an oven in summer and cold in winter. The Chinese and Lebanese are accommodated is air conditions offices and lodgings. Back in the home countries, they will be living in palaces with all the life’s comforts.

The black guards are not allowed in the diamond fields; they cannot be trust not to steal. They are paid pittance and their miserable existence is not much different from the millions of fellow Zimbabweans whom they would gladly shoot to kill if they so much stray anywhere near the diamond fields!

They are guarding the Chinese and Lebanese so they can rob the nation blind in peace!

According to the late Chindori Chininga's parliamentary report, no one in the Zimbabwe government knows how many kilograms of diamonds the Chinese and Lebanese are shipping out of Marange every day. No one! They have built an airfield to fly the diamonds as fast as they can and, you can bet, they are working round the clock!

The last senior government official who gave the thumbs up to the mining in Marange was none other than former Prime Minister of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Morgan Richard Tsvangirai. A few weeks after the visit the PM was on a Sea Cruise Liner with one of his floozies; living it and loving it. Tsvangirai did not pay for the cruise but we can guess who did.

As noted above, Chininga’s report, which came out a few months after the PM’s visit; told a totally different story about the goings on in Marange.

Mugabe and his cronies are getting a tiny fraction of true value of the diamonds, they are luck if they get a million out of every billion - their calico clothe. A fortune, for the tyrant; and he used it to buy those who did his dirty work of rigging the elections.

Besides, granting the Chinese and Lebanese the looting concessions suits him to the T; he would rather see the nation's wealth shipped away by foreigners than in the hands of fellow Zimbabweans. He has maintained his struggle hold on power all these years by keeping the people frightened and poor and totally dependent on his vindictive and cupreous whim.

The South African journalist, who descripted Zimbabwe as a hell-hole, was right. Zimbabwe is a hell-hole but one of black Zimbabweans' own making; guarded by black Zimbabweans, so that no one escapes. Not that it is the nature of many Zimbabweans to ask why they are being treated worse than the colonial oppressors ever treated them, denied of hope and spirit. They have simply resigned themselves to living in this hell-hole; it is their destiny!

@ New Zimbabwean

Well Alex Magaisa, Tsvangirai's adviser, must be looking rather sheepish right now, if he really has any brain! He is yet another Zimbabwean professor good at regurgitating book acknowledge but always fall flat on their faces every time they are called upon to use common sense much less 1% of the University Degree learning in a real life setting.

Well, we will be spared the long lectures about nonsense; at least for a few months whilst he is busy thinking just how anyone could have been as incompetent as MDC has turned out to be!

@ Proud Z

Principled; after blatantly rigging elections and thus once again denying the millions of Zimbabweans their basic right to a free and fair elections, how can anyone call Mugabe principled? This is like calling an unrepentant ruthless murderer a saint.

Almighty Zanu PF, another piece of nonsense! Mugabe has been seating in Zimbabwe scarred to leave the country for fear of being treated like a sewer rat ever since he rigged the elections. Other than his visit to Malawi, he has been cooked up in Zimbabwe now for the last three months - a record, for some one who has spend the last 33 years visiting Zimbabwe!

How the "almighty" Mugabe has been humbled and the nightmare has only just began!

You can call a sewer rat principled and almighty all you like; it will not change the fact and reality that he is a cornered stinking sewer rat! I am pleased the rat is caught in one of his own dirty traps!

If you really think Zimbabwe holds the key to Europe's economic recovery then your egotistic delusions have the better of you! 33 years of Zanu PF brainwashing and listening to those long Mugabe speeches full of sound and fury signifying fvck all have turned you and thousands others into morons!

@ Mavheti

Well that much is true, a simpleton will always be a simpleton. We both know which one of us is the simpleton too!

What you and your fellow CIO simpletons must know however is that you will not be allowed to get away with your usual Zanu PF nonsense on this site. Post it in the Herald or some such site; not here. You write nonsense here and you will be reminded in no uncertain terms that you are an idiot and to keep your hands below the level of your head!

You cannot even decide what you want to happen in Zimbabwe much less solve her problems and yet you dare comment about Egypt and China. You can spell their names, that is about as much as you are competent of!

We all saw on TV Tendai Biti pointing out people who had been bussed in to vote who failed to name one street on the area they were voting in. If they lived there, how come they did not know the name of the street? Why would they need to be bussed in when there was a Polling Station in every ward?

How is it possible that a constituency like Chipinge East had 141% voter turnout?

Why did the Police not even investigate these allegations, particularly when they were so quick off the mark to arrest Komichi for picking up a discarded ballot paper?

If Tsvangirai and MDC were not breathtakingly incompetent then they would have implemented the democratic reforms and we would not be talking of rigged elections. You must either acknowledge Tsvangirai's incompetence and thus accept it is totally illogical to then use his as a point of reference. Or maintain Tsvangirai is a competent leader and then explain why he failed to get even one reform implemented in five years in the GNU!

Tsvangirai is either a competent leader or a breathtakingly incompetent one. You choose!

There was massive vote rigging in the last elections. You and many others just do not want to see what is there because you are too lazy to even open your eyes!

@ King Shapiro

If you think Mugabe should be forgiven for rigging the elections so he could do something about fixing the mess he made, then it is a feeble excuse. I give you four reasons why:

1) He created the mess in the first place
2) He has been in power for 33 years already and throughout those years things have got progressively worse not better.
3) Elections are about the people electing who they want to lead them and not some sewer rats denying them that right and imposing their will on the people
4) Tyrants are not accountable to the people and therefore are under no pressure to service the people and always never do. Mugabe has reportedly bought new cars for the new MPs worth $18 million (he gave all Zanu PF candidates new cars in July for the campaign) and no doubt all the senior members in the Police, Army, Judiciary, ZEC, etc., etc. who played a role in rigging the elections will all get their reward. Mugabe is spending $200 million building a brand new Spy University for his CIOs. Do you want me to go on!

Mugabe is an unrepentant ruthless murderer, who would readily shed innocent blood to stay in power just as readily as he did in 2008. He did not shed any blood this time because he had a war-chest of money from the sale of looted diamonds to buy the services of unscrupulous companies like the Israeli company, money to pay an army of voters the party then bussed from one polling station to another to vote, etc.

It is naïve to beggars believe how anyone would want to believe Mugabe has change when he has just rigged the elections – he murdered democracy to prove his democratic credentials! This is like murdering St Peter to prove one has repented from their murderous past! Only idiots would buy that one; thank Heavens, there are no idiots there!

@ Kaffirboy

Well Mugabe rigged the elections on 31 July 2013 and ever since he has been cowering State House. He has not dared do his usual globe-trotting for fear that he will be treated like a sewer rat that he is! The international community let Mugabe off the hook after the sham elections in 2008 but not so this time.

Tsuro haiponi rutsva kavhiri! The reality is dawning on Mugabe.

He thought he could sweep it all under the carpet; that did not happen. He tried threatening UK and USA; they completely ignored him.

Mugabe’s arrogance has left SADC leaders looking decidedly foolish and powerless. None of them are going to forgive him for that and none of them would want to help him now, not even offer a shoulder for the tyrant to cry on!

Idiots like you think Mugabe rigged the elections and so he is back in power and it is all business as usual. Well things are not that simple. Mugabe cheated Tsvangirai and got away with it scott-free as we know. Sadly for Mugabe, by rigging the elections he also cheated the people of Zimbabwe and the whole at large – they are not so easily and readily bamboozled as Tsvangirai and MDC!

Idiots like you do not understand the fix Mugabe is in but you will soon enough!

@ P Nyoni

I "practically called Morgan Tsvangirai an idiot"! Morgan Richard Tsvangirai IS an idiot. Is that concise enough for you?

"So it can not be Bob or Morgan ..... so what do you want to happen"? What a stupid question!

Zimbabwe will survive and prosper way after the tyrant and the goat-herder are dead and buried. These two idiots are so egotistic they behave as though the country will collapse and blow away in the wind like leaves without them. The country has suffered enough because of them.

Mugabe should be in The Hague answering the charges for all the innocent blood he shed. As for Tsvangirai he can go back to herding goats!

We need to restore Zimbabwe to democratic governance, in which leaders are elected by the people and accountable to the people. Do that and quality leaders will emerge and the nation will enjoy peace, justice and prosperity!

What do you call some one who simply refuse to see, mentally, what is there before their own eyes? Well, I call him/her a moron! But do not worry you will find you have many friends on this site; Zimbabwe has more than its fair share of mentally challenged people. I can safely say, you lot are an overwhelming majority and hence the reason the nation is in this hell-hole!

Belgium has never cared about the suffering of black Africans. Its colonial history is terrible. In this case Belgium's motives are once again selfish and without any consideration for the suffering blacks. It is amazing how people like you and Mugabe are quick to sweep all that under the carpet to suit your equally selfish needs. Well some of us care!

@ Chimbwido

How many black Zimbabweans do you who have dared shout at the top of his/her voice at Mugabe and Zanu PF, I am talking about the real hard hitting stuff and not Tsvangirai type nonsense, in within Zimbabwe's boarders and have lived. I can only think of a handful, that is all!

You are really pissed off that I am out of reach of Mugabe and his thugs. You would have wanted "to kick me in the teeth until I bled profusely," you said! Well you have to eat your heart out!

My promise to you is that you must face justice for all those you did kick in the teeth until the bled profusely and died!

You and many other Zanu PF thugs with blood on their hands were all over the moon to see Mugabe "win" the elections. You thought democratic reforms and regime change were died and buried. Being reminded that the vote rigging was a setback nothing more, was a shock and that reality is now beginning to dawn on you. "Wilbert, the son of a b***h, was right," you have telling yourself.

Well if I may say so and I will say so; I was right!

I know better than to touch a sewer rat caught by the leg in a trap - there murder in those beady eyes!

The coming months are going to be hell for Mugabe and you guys!
Chawakadya chamuka Gushungo weeeee! Wai uraya vanhu vasina mhosa sekunodzi unouya mbwa inechimbwa mupengo; nhasi zvakudzokera iwe nemhondi dzako vanaChimbwido!

What are you thinking Chimbwido! The Bible will be no good to a murderer like you with blood on his hands and even more murder on his mind. You have to repent first; find your victims or their relatives and beg forgiveness and then face justice. It is clear you are confessing now, at the eleventh hour to avoid the hangman’s rope; I say you must wear it! As for your soul, I leave that one for your Maker, to decide!

By the way, it is "Good evening my fellow Zimbabweans and friends!" I know you have the hangman's rope in your mind; still I insist you get it right! Like everything else I do, I worked hard to get it just so; and I expect you, especially you, to get pay attention.

Most of the diamond revenue has been wasted on paying the expect services of the unscrupulous Israeli firm to help rig the elections, buying new cars for all Zanu PF candidate in the elections so they do not de-campaign with another "operation bora musango" as happened in 2008, paying all those hundreds of thousands of supporter who were bussed to rallies and then from one polling station to the next, etc. Now Mugabe has to spend millions buying cars for the MPs and God knows what for all the Police, Army, ZEC officials who helped him rig the elections. Mugabe is not going to give up his tight control of the diamond wealth, not ever.

All those who think Mugabe is going to change and stop the mismanagement, corruption and looting that have done all this damage to the national economy are wishful thinking. By rigging the elections Mugabe has made it impossible for him to abandon his old friends by ending corruption, etc.

@ Africanchild

If you only saw the poor sewer rat hiding in State House afraid to leave the country because he knows he rigged the elections, knows the whole world knows that and are just waiting to humiliate him; if you could see him right now, then even a heartless thug like you would be moved to tears. How can the mighty Robert Gabriel Mugabe be reduced to such a pathetic figure of hopelessness and confusion.

Mugabe is known for dosing off at the drop of a hat; these last two months the sewer rat has had no sleep. The thought of rat-poison must have crossed his mind often as he lay there in the dark; he does not have the courageous of Morris Nyagumbo to take it, of course. Personally, I would like him to face justice and explain all that blood on his hands; over 30 000, man no wonder he cannot sleep!

I am angry that Mugabe rigged the elections, very angry. I am pleased to see that he is not going to get away with it. Why are you feeling sorry for me; I did not rig any elections and have never shed innocent blood in my whole life! Feel sorry for yourself because regime change is coming and you and Mugabe know what will follow! It has not quite dawned on you and many other Zanu PF thugs, you are always slow on the up take; not to worry, the penny will drop!

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Chimbwido

What does that say about the regime that has turn one of the richest countries in the region into one of the poorest so poor that millions of people are leaving it! Even you, one of the beneficiaries of the corruption and looting have had to abandon the A2 farm the party gave you in despair.

What are you doing here? A lecturer in rhetorical nonsense, Britain will certain go to the dogs without your services. Indeed human civilization is dependent on you, Comrade Atlas!

Who the f**** are you to be telling anyone else what they should be doing. You go back to your looted plot and mad hut; you are the one always praising Mugabe and his corrupt and murderous regime. Vote with your feet and go!

Zundu kugara mundove zvodzi ndava mombevo! You Chimbwido you are a murderous thug who was used by Mugabe to carry out his dirty work. You will go back to Zimbabwe to face justice and the hangman's rope.

@ Mavheti

The Zimbabwe economy is in a mess because of the 33 years of mismanagement, corruption and looting. The people of Zimbabwe know that and that is why they have been trying to get rid of Mugabe but, of course, he has rigged elections to stay in power!

It was not the sanctions that rigged the elections but Mugabe so forget the sanctions and let us talk about the rigged elections unless you want to tell me he rigged the elections because there are sanctions?

Zimbabwe Light said...

@ Chimbwido

And the British will never deport you because your are the best lecturer in rhetoric nonsense; the whole country will collapse without you!

The decision to deport me or anyone else is for the British to make. Making sure that Zimbabwe is restored to its full economic and political potential of prosperity and peace and justice is the decision for every Zimbabwean to make. When some one rigs elections or using violence to remain in power he/she is denying the nation to make that collective decision. That is what is at issue here!

I intend to fight for the full restoration of every Zimbabwean man, woman and child to have their basic and fundamental rights and freedoms restored. And that fight will go on until that singular goal is achieved and it will be achieved!

“The economy faces uncertainty both from expected volatility in the global economy, and on the domestic front after July elections, amidst worsening macroeconomic indicators and increased vulnerability of the banking sector,” the World Bank said in its September Economic Briefing.

It is not a matter of someone pulling the plug on Zimbabwe’s economy; Mugabe has done that himself. By rigging the election he confirmed the Zanu PF dictatorship is back as stronger and belligerent as ever. If there was to be a proper audit, the results will show that Mugabe spent billions of dollars in these elections; a strong statement confirm the corruption and looting will continue but at an even reckless pace.

The increasing economic uncertainty will only feedback and make the ruling elite even more determined than ever loot and steal to bolster their own economic position in the face of the coming economic hardship turning a high probable economic melt-down into a certainty!

Hold tight, the next months and years are going to be long and rough ride.
